I have been using Ken for a while now and can't imagine using anyone else. He always comes prepared too. There is always a conversation about what needs to be done before he comes over. Essentially, he is ready to go when he shows up. He has the parts in hand because of his great communication. I normally text him pictures of what the problem or installation is so going to look like just in case. I love the fact that he always has someone with him too to help and he is teaching some pretty amazing young people his industry.
