My husband and I knew it was time to get the house painted, and after a free quote from Tony with Patriot Construction Solutions, we bit the bullet and decided to proceed. We knew this product was more expensive than a regular painting project, but being a lifetime guarantee, we knew it would pay for itself. (This was not our first quote).

When the painting crew arrived they were very respectful of our property. They began the work and kept us informed every step of the way. Mauricio was able to answer all questions I asked and always took time to explain and make sure I understood before proceeding. We feel confident that the mold found around the stucco base of our home has been eradicated and sealed. The house looks amazing! We are so pleased with the outcome and thankful we chose this company for our project. Thank you Tony and crew for the amazing work on our home!

I would like to thank Tony and his crew for a job well done. The new roof, exterior paint and rain gutters look amazing. I appreciated the fact that Tony took the time to sit down and explain in detail the material that would be used for the 3 projects. The work was completed within the timeline that was given. From start to finish Tony was in constant contact to insure I was happy with the work being done or to see if I had additional questions. The crew did great work. Arriving early and even staying late a few days.

Patriot Construction gets an unequivical top rating. Craig Carson is thorough and caring. He is prompt and on top of what needs to be done. Patriot's crew is outstanding. They arrive on schedule, clean up each day, and are extremely polite. I needed the underlayment on my tile roof replaced, and damage to ceilings repaired. Obstacles were encountered, and they still finished both tasks ahead of schedule. I plan on having additional work done at a later date, and will be sure to call on Patriot Construction to do the job!

Craig was ideal to work with. He arrived on time, identified the roof leak problem, provided different repair options, listened to my needs and budget and got the job done and even gave me a 2 year repair warranty. His pricing was reasonable especially when you factor in the customer service and his ability to get the job done ASAP. Will definitely use him again.

Craig and his crew provided awesome service and quality of work. We hired him for two separate jobs. Both jobs were completed quickly and to our full satisfaction. Prior to beginning the work, the process was clearly explained to us with a PowerPoint presentation so we knew exactly what to expect. The finished job was exactly as he promised. I would not hesitate to hire him again for any future work we might need!

Ricky and Diego are professional, courteous and honest young gentlemen. They were on time and very thorough and efficient in repairing our roof leak. Owner Craig was very helpful and responsive when we needed assistance. I would highly recommend this company, they did an excellent job with our roof repair.

Working with Craig and Max was a great experience. Both are genuine and knowledgeable. Great working crew also. Cleaned up after each day so there was no build up of garbage materials anywhere. We would use them on any project planned.

Craig spent extra time explaining the project details using slides, illustrations and samples of the materials. Excellent information. The work was completed in the timeframe promised. The clean up was complete. Craig and his staff responded quickly to questions. They worked with us to insure the project was finished to our satisfaction. We are very happy with our new roof.

Craig and his team were exceptional. They repainted the entire house, redid our roof, Fixed water leaks, repaired damaged drywall, cleaned our solar panels, installed new floors, and put on a new bathroom. There is nothing that he and his team can’t do. The house looks gorgeous now thanks to his team!

Patriot said what they would do and did what they said. They were polite, on time and communicated well. They cleaned up the work area given the roof repair. The new low profile vents are silent compared to the old turbines. The new roof looks great.

They did our neighbor's roof recently and she was pleased, so when we found our roof leaking in the recent rains we called them first. They came out and - in outing down rain, mind you - were able to get some emergency tarps up and clean out a blocked scupper to get us out of the immediate danger zone regarding water intruding into the kitchen. Super nice, super helpful, very much appreciated the quick and detailed service.

When I began working with Patriot Construction Solutions, it was by chance. I had just bought a house and they happened to be in my neighborhood. I was already in the market for a roof, and when I heard their pitch I was really impressed by not only their product offering, but their labor warranty, and their willingness to go in depth about what they were going to do. By the time I agreed to work with them, I had already quoted with a few others for roof work and none took the time to help me understand the intricacies of changing a roof or why it needed to be changed in the first place like they did. Once their contractors began the work, they finished in demon speed and Craig, the owner, came to meet me and thank me for working with him. The work truly felt personal and valuable.

Following the roof, they suggested paint and, I’ll admit, as a first-time homeowner, I was a little concerned but didn’t know much about why I should have been a little more concerned. Once again, they took their time explaining and showing me what needed attention in my home and what they would do about it. The whole process was again explained to me and they offered me their best product, Cool-Life paint. Sure, you hear about top of the line products all the time but not many really explain the difference or shows you a visual like they did. I pulled the trigger on the second project and now my home looks brand new and I feel completely aware of every change made to it.

Patriot has been a delight to work with, if only because they take their time explaining the work they’ll be doing. I have never seen a contracting company care so much that their customer understand the product and they do good work

My husband and I are greatly satisfied with the excellent finished work from Patriot Construction Solutions. Craig Carson (owner) and his selected on-site workers for both painting and window installations were professional, punctual, and always courteous and friendly. We are elated about our argon elite vinyl windows with heat and noice reducing properties. And we’ll never have to paint our home again due to special paint coating technology.

What started with our shingles coming off from our roof turned into a whole outside reconstruction. We started with the roof, then got insulation put in since what we had was considered "no insulation" by modern standards. It made a big difference in the temperature as well as making the inside quieter. We then had our house painted and Craig's crew to their time making sure the outside was properly prepped over a few days time span to be painted. Since the outside had a nice fresh coat of paint we needed the outside doors finally replaced since they didn't match and were not in amazing shape. Craig helped to ensure that both our front and side doors as well as the garage door were replaced properly. I have attached some pictures which the work that was done and we are very happy with the end result.

They redid our entire roof 3 years ago and it already has a leak. We had a warranty but they argued our chimney now has the leak and that is out of scope for them to help with. At least they should provide some suggestion to help. Not only that but the team left all of the cement and scraps of the tile all over my yard and killed my grass and garden. Would not recommend. You can’t trust them
