Finally scheduled with Eli's Vent and the experience was smooth. They arrived when they said they would and worked carefully without rushing. The dryer runs so much better now and I feel better knowing it’s all cleared out properly. Thank you for this awesome team!

My favorite fuzzy sweater felt like a giant static balloon and made my hair stand up! The man from Eli's Vent Experts in Thousand Oaks said the air was way too dry because the pipe was clogged up. He did a quick clean and now my sweaters are soft and don't give me big shocks anymore.

I contacted Eli's Vent Experts because I had an odd odor emanating from my dryer vent. They were able to have someone come within the same day, which I really appreciated. The technician was very nice and assessed my problem quickly, and found a large buildup of lint causing the odor. He cleaned it all out, showed me how much lint was stuck, which was incredibly surprising, and he also checked my lint trap housing to make sure it was venting appropriately before he left.

I have a small Airbnb in my home and the dryers are always running. I needed someone who could come and do an extensive dryer vent cleaning and wouldn't disturb my guests. Eli's Vent Experts was great. They arrived early, were very quiet, cleaned up after themselves, and ensured both dryers vented properly before leaving.

Their technician was prompt, covered his shoes, went through the whole process from step 1 to finish, found an incredible amount of lint and pet hair deep within the line and needed to deep clean the outside flap. He took the time to answer all my questions as he went about the dryer vent cleaning process, and he was in no hurry, either. The dryer now works like a charm and to my surprise, my electric bill went down, too. You really don't find such meticulous, honest treatment in home services that often anymore.
