Excellent service and good price. I needed a new control panel in my refrigerator. Alex came right away, and he already had the control unit for my particular refrigerator in his truck.

I had a dishwasher with water in it not draining. Also had an oven that wasn't keeping temp. Alex was able to set an appointment to my schedule. Came out and diagnosed both issues correctly. Ordered parts and came back 2 days later to correct both problems. I would highly suggest Extort Inc. They were courteous, professional and most importantly correct with their diagnosis. Will use them again for any appliance needs

The father-son team of Alexes showed up on time, responded to my request quickly, diagnosed the problem, and explained my options and the cost upfront. They were very quick and courteous in solving my issue. I was having trouble with my Bosch dishwasher on a Friday morning, and by Friday afternoon, it was fixed. Thanks to Team Alexes!

I requested help with our dryer on Monday night and Alex responded right away. He and his father came out the next day to diagnose and repair it. It turned out to need a replacement heating coil and they were able to get it fixed that Friday for a reasonable price. They did a great job and we are so happy with their fast and high-quality service!

Alex arrived at the time we discussed and quickly identified the issue. We discussed the required parts and labor; the pricing was reasonable. He had the required part in his truck and fixed my refrigerator in under 45 minutes. Hoping I don't have any appliances issues in the future, but when I do, I will request Alex again as I have confidence he will be on time and properly fix the issue for a reasonable price.

I booked Extory Inc. for washer and dryer cleaning and I’m very impressed with the service. The technician arrived on time, was friendly, and explained why regular cleaning is important. He did a very thorough job, removed all the lint build-up, and left everything working more efficiently and safely. My machines are running like new again.
