Not only was the initial install excellent but their after installation service is awesome. After the heavy rains I needed the mulching updated. Michael responded with someone to do that but also to trim and weed. Excellent customer service

Alas, a company that is accountable, organized, knowledgeable, qualified, and efficient. After a year of home renos and some hardscape work with another company, my husband and I were beginning to think such a thing didn’t exist. Enter Michael from DreawWork. From the very beginning, he was super responsive and quick to come take a look at our property and get us a detailed estimate and discuss a plan. Though, most companies are great at getting you locked in. Where DreamWork really set themselves apart was maintaining this standard. Throughout our entire backyard project which included irrigation, lighting, landscaping, and the installation of a cable railing, Michael maintained excellent communication, ensured we were satisfied every step along the way (and I can be a bit particular), and his team got the work done in the time frame they estimated (now that’s a novelty!). And furthermore, it turned out better than we could have imagined. The workers were super respectful too—ensuring they closed the gate while working as to not let the dog out, respecting my requests for quite hours (I am a night shift nurse), and cleaning up after each day’s work. Michael himself came very frequently to check in and oversee the project, asking me each time if I had any questions or concerns or anything I wanted to change (types and locations of plants, lights, etc). This meant so much to us, since we hadn’t experienced this level of quality control or customer service with any of the other contractors/subcontractors we have worked with in the past year. Additionally DreamWork’s pricing is very competitive with the multiple other companies we had received quotes from. So grateful we made the right decision. We recently hired Michael and his team at Dreamwork Landscaping to transform our front and backyard ahead of a big wedding celebration—and they absolutely exceeded our expectations.
They installed beautiful artificial grass, a decomposed granite (DG) pathway, a full drip irrigation system, turf and recommended and installed a great selection of plants that really elevated the overall design. Michael also contributed some fantastic creative ideas that helped bring the whole vision together.
Throughout the process, Michael was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs, especially given the tight deadline. Not only did they meet it—they finished with time to spare.
His crew was a pleasure to work with: friendly, respectful, and always professional. We couldn’t be happier with the final results. Dreamwork delivered above and beyond, and we highly recommend them for any landscaping project!

I do not approve of these guys they send ppl out who have no regard to their surroundings! Rocks chipping at my paint on my car ! When I simply asked can thy blow off the dirt they had just put . Dude walked off angry as if I did something to him . Why does peoples valuables not mean anything ?! This is my second time complaining who's going to pay for the chipped paint . All this grass and trash in my rims!!
