Very professional but more important very honesr

I’ve used Peacock Plumbing many times over the years for different projects, and they’ve consistently been fantastic. This job was no exception — the team clearly explained the issue, walked me through the solution, and kept me informed every step of the way. The work was completed efficiently and professionally, and everything is working perfectly now. I really appreciate how communicative, thorough, and easy they are to work with. I highly recommend them

Dominic is THE BEST EVER. Knowledgeable, experienced, professional, friendly, clean, punctual, affordable, generous with his service…This is the second time I’ve hired him. I found my plumber for life; he must never move or retire 😂

This time, Nick came over and saved the day. Who knew there could be TWO excellent, professional, knowledgeable, personable plumbers at one company! I’m very pleased.

We called RF Plumbing after hours because our bath tub faucet would not turn off. They were so prompt - sent someone over within 1 hour! I also love how they have a text system that tells you when your appointment is confirmed, who your technician is, and when they're en route! The technician was very nice and made the repair. Highly recommend!

Came out after regular business hours ($225 fee, not unreasonable for after hours service). The necessary repair was, in my opinion, outrageously expensive. However, they were responsive to our concern with the price and we eventually came to an agreement on price that left both parties happy.
Serviceman was nice, on time, and did a great job.

Dominick was amazing. He was thorough and made sure everything was taken care of before leaving. He also communicated with me every step of the way, and took the necessary time to do a good job.

Dominic was excellent; if I could give them six stars, I would. He walked me through the whole process and was able to fix the problem. I will definitely recommend them. Make sure to ask for Dominic. He was awesome!

This was my first time using RF Plumbing. From start to finish they were responsive, courteous, competent and trustworthy. I am very happy!!! I will definitely refer them to friends and family. and I will definitely request that Damien be my technician!!! I truly am pleased and happy!!!

Dominic was great. Took his time to explain very clearly what the problem was. Very personable and friendly. No pressure sales. We needed a Sunday morning repair, they responded in a reasonable time. The person who also took the call at the office was also great.

Dominic was fast, efficient and so very friendly fixing the mess in my toilet. The price was reasonable too. I will definitely call them again should I need a plumber.

Dom and his team always do fabulous work! They are my go-to for all of my plumbing needs because they are honest, trustworthy, and fairly priced. They provide thorough and comprehensive explanations that are comprehensible. His team has addressed pipe leaks in and out of walls, toilet issues and replacement, the dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. Thank you for the high quality work because it makes stressful situations a lot easier.

Have had Dominic out a few times for various different issues throughout the last couple of years. He’s always able to come out quick, very professional, friendly, gets the job done well, and I have never had any issues with his work. Once it’s fixed, it’s fixed. Would highly recommend for anyone needing any plumbing work done.

Our experience with R F Plumbing was really great. Dominic is knowledgeable with years of experience under his belt and was up front about our issues offering advice but not pushing anything we didn’t need. Pricing was very reasonable in comparison to what I’ve seen in the market. Will definitely be going back for all our plumbing needs.

Was really happy with the service I got from RF Plumbing. Their entire team is great, very friendly and very responsive. I have really old pipes in my house that have a lot of issues and Dominic and his team squeezed me in right away even in the middle of a busy week for them, and worked with me to figure out the best way to get things working again without breaking the bank. They really stand behind their work and are very honest and up front about everything, which is hard to come by these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Top notch service- highly recommend! We called with a main waterline issue at 2pm and within the hour Dominic was at our house and 30 minutes later the problem was fixed. Dominic was very great at explaining everything along the way, as well as confirming costs so nothing was a surprise. Great all around and definitely would call them again for future issues.

Dominic was punctual, honest, and fun to meet with. This summation is not exhaustive of my experience with Dominic and RF Plumbing.

Late Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend, the water company alerted us to a massive leak we had with our main water line. Dominic was able to come out that same day and put in a new water line by the end of the weekend. Dominic was also very nice and explained everything he was doing clearly for us, which as first time homeowners was very helpful.

Dom arrived earlier than expected. Fortunately he only needed to snake the drain. After finishing he wiped up spills on the form. He was also very courteous. He’s a valuable member to have on your staff.
