Great service, great attitude and great timing.This company called and scheduled right away and showed up on time Eduardo our technician was great and very helpful and knowledgeable got the work done right away. There was some additional work that had to get done to get the install of our moen Flo In and he was able to get that taken care of.He is really professional, wears his company gear and knows what he is doing. Our 9-year-old tankless water heater has been fussy. Eric came out the same day, cleaned it up, and excised a near-decade's worth of unholy detritus.

Wise way came to install a flow control device on my water main. They were very communicative in days leading up to the installation. Plumber was on time, professional, and quick to do the install. There were no up-sells at all. A good experience.

Eric and his staff are one of the most knowledgeable and accommodating plumbing service company that I have ever worked with. It is hard to find trustworthy contractors these days. He gave me the best overall price and finished a complex regular water heater replacement with Thankless in first visit. Most companies take multiple trips for lack of access to right parts or some other installation issue. I strongly recommend Up to the Code for professional plumbing done up to the code as the name suggests.

I have now used wise way plumbing twice. Both experience were perfection. They were never late. Always a little bit early very comprehensive. They explained everything. I have no idea what’s going on with plumbing, so they could’ve taken me for a ride. I compared prices elsewhere. They were being fair. I will never use anyone else. Finally, I found a plumber. Eduardo is great. Came and replace the garage disposal at our home . Up To Code is easy to get hold of and have an easy notification system to let you know who is coming to you house with a picture of the technician and a short bio a day before the appointment, when the technician is on his way, and you can even check where the technician on route. Overall, a great experience.

Called Monday night for a tankless water heater not putting out hot water, left a message and within minutes i got a call back from Amanda she booked an appointment for next day with Eric.. He showed up a little earlier than booked appointment and immediately diagnosed problem and let me know how he would proceed and what it would cost, i said lets do it and he took care of business... Eduardo did a great job replacing my old water heater which was leaking and see what the probable cause could have been. Able to take out the water heater which was in a very small enclosure. Put in new pipes the second time to make sure have better flow to drain the water. Old pipe had plenty of sediment. Took the time to answer questions I had and taught me how to do the flush to do annually. Very happy with the installation Eduardo did.
