I just wanted to say they did a great job on my kitchen remodel. I am very happy with the work they did. My kitchen is beautiful. It looks so good. I just wanted them to know that I am very happy with the all they did.

They did a bathroom remodel for us - gutted the junky old and started over. Great service from quote to finish. Answered all my pesky questions and were awesome. Now we have a great and beautiful bathroom we can be very proud of! Now for the other bathroom!

Custom Cuts Construction helped us do several jobs at our retail store. The entire staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Wes the owner was very responsive to all of our questions and kept us in the loop the entire time. We are very pleased with the entire process! They are knowledgeable, courteous and professional.. They have great ideas and lay everything out in detail. The first meeting covered all our thoughts and discussion of cost and timeline. Everything was on target even with the COVID pandemic. There were some additional costs that perhaps should have been brought to our attention earlier in the process but overall everything went smoothly. I would us Custom Cuts Construction again. The finished product was above our expectations.

Early this year we had major water damage in our Kitchen and living room due to a leaking dish washer. After a couple of months we discovered these folks. The repairs were completed about 5 months ago. Now to my experience with these folks.

Quality:
Absolutely 1st grade. I am not sure how it could have been any better.The worksmanship is a pleasure.

Professionalism:
Exceptially good. They did what they said they will, on time.

Customer Service/Responsiveness:
Last week we had a minor issue with one of the electrical recepticales which was installed. I called Alicia at the office, she had someone onsite within two hours and the issue was taken care of in 15 minutes. The technician was very professional, respectful and clearly knew what he was doing.

It's been a pleasure to work with this team. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Great work

No stars! Awful service. Waited 6 days for a quote. On day of was told by Ken he would drill my hole for a soap dispenser after lunch. Quoted $100. He never called or returned. I called them on Monday to be told that the owner can't do it for awhile and would charge $150. I had some words with some lady. I called Marble Palace who did it the next day and only charged $85.
