Homeowners BEWARE of this business!
A complete scam! Jim showed up with no tools, zero work equipment, was not dressed for the job, wanted $250 cash for showing up to assess the situation , $300 cash to go to Reno for parts, $250 cash to have his buddy bring a ladder over ( when we had ours out and set up) no explanation of parts or any type of assessed damage.
Refused to provide any type of identification, proof of business license and became very defensive when asked to provide any type of credentials! I truly believe he is a scam artist and thank goodness I picked up on this right away as it didn’t pass the sniff test!
