If you are looking for any kind of service on your heating system, look no further! Excellent customer service, technical skill and rapid response time. Who would have thought that our heating system going out in the middle of winter would turn into a pleasant experience.

He provided me weekend support over the phone which was helpful and getting my unit up and running and thawing my pipes. He was very helpful and even responded to text messages at 7 AM in the morning. I even tried to pay him for his time because he was so helpful but he wouldn’t take payment so I want to leave him a five star review.

I don’t think there is enough room here for me to sing the praises of Zeddies Heating...top notch, went way beyond the call to help my husband and I out. Eric not only cares but loves what he does! He is patient and walked us through fixing our heater which left us in 33 degrees inside our house. Use this company. Highly recommend!

Eric is very responsive, eager to help and is focused on customer satisfaction, not the almighty dollar. I called in with a furnace not heating issue on a Saturday. Eric couldn't get out to us due to his work load, so through texts and phone calls he helped me isolate the problem, remove the igniter and told me where I could source a new one. The new igniter installed easily, fired right up and we had heat. Eric was willing to spend time and brain power to get our problem fixed. And then he checked in afterward to make sure all was working well. Zeddies is the first call we will make for HVAC help.

As a trades-person, I was dreading finding an HVAC tech who could help me with a tricky issue without charging a fortune. This should be your only call when you need an HVAC expert. Eric is the only person willing to take the time to help me sort out a no heat issue in my rural mountain home. Not only is he willing to make a house call to my remote location (where-as no one else would even come,) but he also took over an hour of his time to help me troubleshoot my issue over the phone.

While I'm not an HVAC specialist, I'm very mechanically inclined. Eric was incredibly respectful of my knowledge, but did an incredible job filling in the blanks to help me FULLY understand my system. This is going way above and beyond, especially in an industry so full of secrecy and little aid for those attempting self-repair.

It is harder to find trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and skilled people anymore.
This company is all of the above! Eric immediately contacted me, to arrange and get our furnace heating problem worked out.
Out of the 7 or so reasons a furnace does not push out heat, he found the REAL problem and fixed it perfectly.
Other HVAC companies, like some auto repair shops, will charge you a unfairly high price to fix a problem that really does not exist.
But Eric is very honest and extremely skilled and is your best resource for any heating or A/C problem you may have.
We will definitely call him again if another problem arises.

I am totally satisfied with my new high efficiency heating unit. I was stressed out with a broken heater in December.
