He offered me a range of maintenance options and proved to be a courteous professional. The whole experience was seamless and I appreciate Brody Pennell's ongoing commitment to excellent customer care.

Signed a service contract with this company, but they failed to show up for even one scheduled maintenance visit in 7 months. Their response was dismissive and blamed me for their lack of follow-through. When I requested an estimate for repairs on the neglected units, they never provided one. It's clear they disregarded their contractual obligations and put my property at risk through their negligence. The communication breakdown was appalling, making this experience the worst I've encountered with a service provider.
