We had a fantastic experience with Kirk’s Electric! They were professional, on time, and able to provide same-day service, which we truly appreciated as a busy business.

A light unit went out in our business bathroom, and not only did they quickly diagnose the issue, but they also had the replacement unit in stock and were able to install it immediately. That level of preparedness and efficiency made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

They also made sure to clean up after themselves, which we really noticed and appreciated.

Called to book an appointment and some guy named Bruce acted like I was a massive inconvenience for asking. I'm sure they do perfectly fine work but bad service in my only experience.

I tried calling twice to ask for an appointment to troubleshoot my home’s dryer outlet issue and was transferred to a voicemail box to schedule a residential appointment and left detailed messages each time. No response. I’ve heard they do great work but can’t get a call back. Also I’d leave open the possibility that they can’t find workers right now in a tight labor market.

Made a call for a quote, scheduled a time for them to come, and they did not show up or bother to call.
