These guys do great work. They added a master bedroom, bath, and closet to my house. To do this they removed all the rafters and basically rebuilt home. They did a great job. Highly recommend.

Lucio and his crew did the renovation on my bathroom: sink, countertop, window, replaced tub/shower with a shower. They were prompted every morning and worked efficiently all day. Lucio even stayed late the first day to seal off a water leak on the water heater. Lucio kept me updated on the progress of the work each day.

Lucio, and his wife Yessenia, made sure everything was to my liking. I will be using them again when I am ready to do my kitchen.

I hired Lucio and crew to lay a foundation for an outbuilding, which included excavating the site, digging a trench for the electrical, and pouring the slab with an apron. The work was done professionally, to code, and was level and plumb. Passed all inspections without issue. Very good people to work with. Highly recommend.

Brothers Vasquez Construction was referred to me for the construction of two metal buildings.The project started with the demo of the original building and foundation, then the excavation and preparation of the lots, pouring the concrete foundations for both buildings, and ended with the assembly of two metal buildings and porches. Everything was done to code and passed inspections. They are professional, great at communicating, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Brothers Vasquez Construction. I live in Tuolumne County, and could not find a local company to repair the metal roof of our industrial building. It was in terrible shape. There is an apartment attached to our business. The damaged roof leaked and the ceiling in the apartment was coming down in every room. It was uninhabitable. I called Brothers Vasquez Construction. Lucio and Yessenia came to see our building, and with no hesitation, they said they could do the job. In a weeks time, work began. The crew worked every day, M-F until the job was completed. That is very important to me. Some companies juggle multiple jobs at once. Yessenia, was wonderful to work with, and accommodated me, every time I asked for more work to be added. This lady is a joy to work with. I have a repaired roof, new gutters, and a beautiful apartment. The apartment’s ceilings were repaired, the floor replaced, water damaged cabinets were replaced, and the entire apartment, painted. The work crew is respectful, friendly, and hard working. Lucio is hands on, checking on progress, and he and Yessenia came by
several times to meet with me, and make sure I was happy with the work. It is very important to mention, their prices are very reasonable, and they provide good quality work. I will forever be thankful I met these incredible people, and will absolutely call on them again.
