We were referred to Horizon Heating and Air Conditioning and hired them to service our apartment units in Gustine, California. One of the tenant’s systems was completely down, and a total of eight units required full service and cleaning.

Greg and his team offered the most competitive pricing we received, and their communication throughout the process was excellent. They kept us informed in real time, even sending videos of the issues they discovered, which made it easy to make informed decisions quickly.

What stood out most was their transparency no pressure, no upselling. They simply explained the problems, provided a clear quote, and stuck to it. Billing was prompt, and everything was handled professionally.

The team was knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient. We’ll absolutely be using Horizon for future HVAC needs and highly recommend them for both residential and commercial work.

Horizon Heating and Air Conditioning got our AC up and running fast and works great now. AC unit went out called Horizon and Greg was able to come out the next day and got it up and working. Greg, the owner, really knows his stuff. He's honest, hardworking, and doesn't mess around when it comes to customer service super responsive and easy to work with.

Prior to this repair ive hired Greg for a full HVAC install too. He removed our old rooftop unit, installed a new condenser on the ground, put the furnace in the attic, and ran all new ductwork. They also tapped it into the existing system. Everything was clean, tight, and efficient. He also set up a three zone system that saves so much on MID electric bill. His great work is the reason we hired him again.

Pricing was fair, communication is solid, and the team had a great attitude the whole time. Just good, honest work from people who know what they're doing. Oh yeah, reliable!

Was without any heat over this weekend...Miguel from Horizon Heating and Air came out and within the 20 minutes my heat was working. He pointed out what the problem was. Friendly, professional. I asked for a card for my future needs. Highly recommend!
