The design team captured my vision perfectly, making creative suggestions that enhanced the project. Josh from New Rustic is the best. We used him on custom bathroom cabinetry and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the very beginning, he was professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly knowledgeable about both the design and construction process - including sourcing special wood, cabinet pulls etc. We even had an some funky pipes and HVAC issue that he built our cabinets around. Beyond his technical skills, Josh was a joy to work with. He communicated clearly, asked for approvals along the way, and ensured everything was completed to perfection. If you're looking for a reliable and skilled contractor who truly cares about his work, I highly recommend Josh. I will definitely be reaching out for future projects!

We had an excellent experience with New Rustic Designs! They built multiple entry benches and did our bathroom cabinetry, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the attention to detail really shows. The team was professional, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Highly recommended for anyone looking for high-quality custom woodwork!

Josh over at New Rustic is great. He provided the most hospitable, professional, and innovative approach to our build request and turned our simple blueprint into an intuitive design. It’s one thing to have your expectations fulfilled, but he completely surpassed them — Not only building our beautiful cart but also providing an electrical layout for our equipment. He is a true professional whose approach to design is just as important as the craftsmanship he provides.

New Rustic was professional, attentive and creative in building my new patio. All aspects of oversight of subcontractors, suppliers of material and selection, scheduling, and follow through during and after the superb construction, were timely and professional. Definitely 5-Star service start to finish.
