Came to do my carpets on Monday did a wonderful job on time great great Technician that cleaned my carpets thank you guys so much

My puppy made a mess and I thought the stains were never going to come out, I called Steamistry because I was on yelp looking for creamistry and they did a great job would recommend.

He did a great job. My carpet is very clean it looks new , all stains came out. thank you so much I’m glad I call steamistry .

I was extremely happy with the service I received today. Mario & Andrew were very kind and respectful. They put corner guards all around my home to not cause any damages to my home. The carpet looks way better than it did before. I will recommend.

Moved out of my Laguna Hills home and had them clean the carpets and floors and it was such a pleasant experience and great work. We decided to have them do the new house we were moving into as we wanted it to be as a clean as the home we were leaving. Our tile was looking so worn and dirty we weren’t sure if it was time to replace but the cost to replace was just more than we wanted to spend. We called this company and their professionalism caught our interest right away. They took their time to educate us and give us our options. We decided to do the tile & grout cleaning and we were simply amazed how great they looked and the grout turned back to it’s original color. We are so happy for this companies work!!! We will have them back soon for our stone tile showers. Great work guys highly recommend!

I called this company to come clean my carpets, upholstery, and tile. They were very fast responsive and set up my appointment at a convenient time for me since kids are always home during this pandemic. I want my carpets and home clean for the new year. I'm very happy with the service they provided. Very professional, fast responsive, no upselling like other companies. Got my quote over the phone virtually. No hassle. They did a pet treatment on my carpet and the pet smell of urine is all gone. I couldn't be any happier. Highly recommend Steamistry, my carpet technician was Tony. He was great! Very good job!

Yasir Tunuli, aka "Tony," was recommended by my housekeeper because she said he was "the best." I made an appointment with him and then suddenly had to cancel because of unforeseen circumstances. It was literally a nightmare to get a hold of him again. I was ready to give up and find someone else to clean my carpets. I tried again because my housekeeper recommended that I give "Tony" the benefit of the doubt and I made an "appointment" with him. The next "appointment" never took place because "Tony's" "van broke down and was in the shop." I believed him and tried to make another appointment. I experienced another nightmare trying to get a hold of "Tony" and then when I finally did, he let me know that he was receiving many cancellations and he now required a "deposit" of $100 to lock in the appointment. "Tony" was a no-show and I tried to get a hold of him to either reschedule the appointment or get a refund. I was a fool for giving him the money and I learned my lesson. I finally got a hold of him by text and we exchanged middle finger emojis. Please be warned that this "Tony" is a con-artist and he will steal your money. It is my belief that the other reviews shown here were created by him because he definitely does not deserve 5 stars. If he has had so much excellent business over the years, then why are there only 11 reviews...all stellar? I know I was a fool for giving him the "deposit" and have learned my lesson the hard way. Please be forewarned and do not try to call Yasir Tunuli, aka "Tony" for carpet cleaning service...it will cause you unnecessary anger and frustration.
