Air conditioner stop working Sunday evening. Called office around 8 Monday morning, showed up at 10. Job was completed by 3 that afternoon. Couldn't ask for more.

I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. In the middle of a heatwave at 5 pm on a Friday I put out an all call for help and they responded. They showed up the next morning earlier than expected. When right to work, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 30-minutes. There was no up-charging or trying to sell me a new unit.

Just yesterday, June 15th, Victor squeezed us in to his already crazy busy, work load.He & his team, were on time, incredibly efficient, clean and friendly and fairly priced. We are beyond happy & are enjoying air conditioning at the beginning of this crazy hot summer.

Victor and his team replaced our A/C! Flawless and Clean service. They even added air ducts where we wanted them. The system might as well be custom to our needs. We even recommend Goldbaum's to friends. Thanks Goldbaum's and Team!

Victor is the best. First he installed a new HVAC system in one day. Removed old furnace from basement and installed a new unit in the attic. Also cut in new vents and put in new ducting. Called him today because heater wouldn’t kick on and had his guys here within 2 hours and got it fixed. Have recommended him to others that have also used him. Victor thanks for your work and timeliness.

Our air conditioner was older than I am, not kidding, lol. It was time for a replacement and we decided to shop around. After having a bad experience from a not so experienced rep from Goettl Air, we decided to contact local family owned businesses. We luckily came across Goldbaum’s. Victor came over right away and gave us a great quote on a brand new unit. Victor was extremely professional and scheduled us right away right before the longest heat wave of the year. Thank you Victor and crew. I appreciate not dying of heat stroke lol. Highly recommend!

Victor and his team installed a brand new furnace in a 3 bedroom apartment for me. I was quoted $4,995 by another company but Victor installed the same unit for 40% less ($3,000). One of the parts malfunctions a month after the installation and Victor sends the technician out to diagnose, order the part under warranty and installs it the following business day. The furnace stops working for the second time and it was due to a leaky vent pipe that allowed water in from the roof. Victor showed up in 15 minutes and replaces the vent pipe for FREE! This excellent customer service is worth it's weight in gold!

I called on Friday, 8/21/20, spoke with Victor Jr. He was able to squeeze me in w/in 2 hours. He came and assessed I needed a new capacitor. He installed it and got my ac running again. The cost was very reasonable compared to a company that came the night before, charged me $189 (after hours fee), assessed the Compressor went out and encouraged me to get a new ac for $16k (horrible business ethics).

I plan to contract with Goldbaum for their annual maintenance. I am very pleased with them.

Victor is the man!!! Highly responsive, excellent communication, and a job well done all around at an amazing price. I live in Northern California, and my property manager knew of you guys and put in a service call for a new thermostat and a refrigerant top-up. I could not be happier and more impressed with this company. I have used them 3 times now and each time they respond promptly and have someone out to my house in a reasonable amount of time.
Their technician, Omar, has come to my home twice and each time he has been pleasant, professional, knowledgable, efficient, and prompt. When I have questions, he patiently explains everything to me. It is clear his has great experience in this field.
Victor, the owner who personally came to my home, is beyond impressive. It is clear that customer satisfaction is his number one priority and he stands behind his work with great ethics. I also found him to be professional, fair, pleasant, very responsive, knowledgable and patient.

Out of four 5-star rated companies that came and did an estimate, Victor Jr had the lowest offer and the one and only who recommended a DC inverter model that would work well with a Powerwall. His team of Saul, Lalo, Angel were punctual, efficient, and tidy. Thanks guys!

I would be hard pressed if there was ever a team more capable of realizing the exact solution you needed than Goldbaums. You'll see tons of reviews about Victor (s), and they're all true - this team is the best, and most respectful team you can have (as long as you treat them well too). These guys installed a super custom, compact 5 ton system, new ducts, and a super unique garage duct that is keeping me frigid on this 100ºF day in full view of the sun through my full-view aluminum garage doors (which are boiling hot to the touch).

Communication is fantastic, they explained absolutely everything, and left no stone unturned to explore what we could do in my space with my budget. Financing via Service Finance was painless and easy (so far, still waiting on docs to make first payment). Workers came in first thing in the morning, cleared out my old system, cleaned up around the area where the previous system was, and touched up paint around any cuts or even from behind my old thermostat - really classy.

Even post install, they're a text away from jumping on a call to troubleshoot remotely (if you allow access of course).

As an engineer, customer, homeowner, Highly highly highly recommend.

I had my heat pump installed April 2024 and I have now had 2 seasons of AC. The installation was flawless and took only part of a morning replacing my ac and indoor gas furnace. The unit is quiet and efficient and when I had a problem during a hot spell, they came out for service the next morning. It turned out to be a power cord of all things (unrelated to heatwave). I’m writing this now after the first cold spell. It’s so easy to switch to heat and I like that the air doesn’t dry out with the heat pump heater. So it was definitely time to give a great review.

Excellent customer service, quality work, detailed explanations and competitive pricing. Victor and his team were very patient with troubleshooting and finding a solution to minimize noise after installation of our new system. They didn’t over-sell but really over-delivered with their professionalism. Responded quickly and I highly recommend them. Thanks Goldbaums AC!
