When it comes to Working on slab leaks, Jacob from timeless plumbing & rooter is the guy! We’ve worked on various projects together, but when it comes to slab leaks, timeless is the best for leak detection, repair options and reroutes! There is no other company we like to partner up with for slab leaks!

Nobody expects water valve breaks in the night, but this happened to us right in Friday night, I tried to replace it self, however, lack of skills of plumbing, could not do it right, we called Jacob, even very late, he still helped us on phone, and very patient checking the video I sent him, finally gave us an expert diagnosis, solved this problem, so we still had shower as usual…

I had a last minute shower emergency and I got a recommendation for Timeless Plumbing. They were super responsive, asked me specific questions and asked for pictures so they can assess the problem They were able to come very quickly with all the necessary parts to fix my shower valve problem. They covered my floors for protection, kept things clean. They were upfront about cost and timing. Which was much more reasonable than other places.I’m so glad I found this company, I can use my shower now!

I reached out Timeless Plumbing for an emergency spike in water pressure. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable and responsive, which made for a great experience. He came out during the initial call and assessed the situation, and gave me an accurate prior estimate (not many places do this). He did a great job installing a new ball valve and pressure regulator. I would highly recommend.

Had a leak that I couldn't see where it was from. I called Timeless and they were able to send someone right away. It turned out to be a much bigger job that I can tackle myself. Everything was fixed quickly. I am very glad I called or else it could of been much worst. Jacob was very friendly and professional.
