Exceptional experience from start to finish! I only wish I had called sooner, I’ll definitely be using Cozy Home Services for all my future needs.

Kolby did a thorough assessment, provided a detailed quote, and was incredibly compassionate in helping make the project affordable. Melissa was friendly, responsive, and added so much value with her clear communication.

The installers, Ron and Ronnie, were fantastic, professional, informative, and patient in walking us through the entire process and educating us on our new water heater.

Kolby came by and checked out our air conditioner to check the temperature and gave great feedback. He was respectful and well mannered. Very attentive and understanding. Will use service again, we did get air ducts replaced with cozy home services. So far, so good.

Our experience with Cozy Home was wonderful. A pipe burst on our water softener. We got a same day appointment. Our technician Daniel was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed it within the hour. We would refer family and friends to them.

Xavier came this morning for our scheduled maintenance check. He was on time, courteous, respectful of our premises, and an excellent communicator. We’ve always had positive experiences with the Cozy crew; they’ve made us feel glad that we purchased our system through Cozy.

Awesome service call from Cozy Home Service. I experienced a heating issue on my unit and Dan was my technician who figured it out and got my home warming again. Thanks Dan and Cozy for professional service, timing and scheduling.

Jason is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything in detail. Wow, we had carbon monoxide leaking into our garage, and possibly the house every time we had the furnace on. He sent out his manager, Zach, to do the repairs, and he got it all done this afternoon and evening. He explained how the Wi-Fi operated thermostat works, and grlped me set up my access to it. All in all, I’m very pleased with the job he did!!!

Angel and Aaron did a fabulous job installing our new heat pump water heater! It’s a great new efficient unit and we love the way they finished out the space around it with insulated bubble wrap to make it look really special. cozy always does a wonderful job on their projects. Very conscientious and responsible folks!

We just had a new heat pump system installed and had problems getting unit to heat. Daniel arrived and tested and worked on system. When he finished, he showed me g to he correct/best operating procedures and unit now working properly to heat and/or cool the house. He was polite, cordial and respectful. Great service!

Colby came out to perform the 6 month maintenance of our HVAC system. He was punctual, well trained and knowledgeable about our system. Replaced the filter and checked the unit outside. Confirmed all the air vents in the house were working properly with no major temperature changes.
We feel confident that our system is ready for winter.

UPDATE: (09/24/2025) HALO 2 ZERO ULTIMATE Maintenance Free Whole-House Water Filtration System
• This was not an easy installation as a UV System was also included to remove Bacteria and Viruses. The installation necessitated separating the house water from exterior water. Additionally, the Halo Filter was buried ~90% in the ground, near the water line. The folks were top notch; very professional and polite. Thanks guys. A lot of work in a couple 100 degree days.
Everything worked fine except for a leaking UV Case (replacement on order); will R&R.upon arrival.

STATE ELECTRIC HYBRID HOT WATER SYSTEM (~65 GALLON) ON PEDISTAL. NOV/DEC 2024
• The crew work long and hard. I'm sure they were here much longer they had planned. No complaints, just excellent workmanship.
The only things, and we talked about them briefly were visual design perspectives. From a contractor's perspective every thing was laid out fine. I admit I'm anal on how the visual perspective should be; cables and hoses not seen where possible; new holes in building should not be seen, rather placed where existing lines, knobs, standoffs, etc. are. In most cases, not only do things look better, but the new work uses shorter 'runs'. Don't get wrong, from a contractor work perspective, everything would have been great. From a 'Design Layout things ended up looking great and probably took less time and materials.
The bottom line is the crew was very pleasant to have here, was very qualified, worked well together and did their very best to accommodate me.

☆☆ Now if we could get my cell phone to communicate and, per PG&E, recognize that a new Hybrid Electric Hot Water Heater replaced an old Gas unit. ☆☆

Mark and Jason are so great to work with! Top notch customer service! Cozy Home installed a brand new heat pump system in our home. They were extremely courteous and respectful, and did everything that they said that they would do without Unexpected expenses. Jose and his crew Angel,Aaron,Benjamin and Gion Were fantastic! Zach & Xavier are awesome too!!!!

We had a great experience with this company. Colby knew his stuff. Gave us discounts which helped with the holidays. He gave our heater an overhaul so it will last. Fair priced, friendly and on time!

Great customer service. From the sales to installation it was great working with Cozy Home Service. Angel And Benji were excellent with install. Would highly recommend to anyone getting new HVAC system.

Cozy came to install a new heat pump water heater after explaining all my options with rebates, etc. Jose, Lino and Gael did a great job putting in the new system. They were careful moving things and I was surprised they were able to shimmy through a small opening to get into my crawl space to ensure drainage was set up correctly and everything. Everthing looks good.

Cozy Home Services installed a 4 ton ducted heat pump HVAC system to replace my forced air furnace. The replaced old, leaky ductwork, ran new circuits, and got the whole system up and tunning in in a day and did and amazing job! Angelc Aaron, and Benji were fast, friendly, and super efficient, and left everything looking great. I highly recommend!!

We used cozy home services to repair a blower motor at our home, and within the same week an entire HVAC system at our rental property. Everyone I spoke to from repairs team, sales team, and the front office was a great communicator and informative (Kolby, mark, Zach, Xavier, etc). The install team for the HVAC system (Gael Lino Noe ) was mentioned by our tenant as being above and beyond as well as polite. Their pricing was fair and customer service truly was great. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to use their services. Thanks for all the help!

As the weather changes our heater decided to stop working. I contacted cozy home service and they cleared out there schedule to accommodate us immediately. Kolby is the greatest also very knowledgeable. He's troubleshooting skills just blew me away. Fixed the problem and no more cold nights.
We've had cozy home services for years and will continue using them. Thanks Kolby for a great job.

Colby Thomas has been a fantastic representative of the company! My initial service setup was ok but had its struggles. Colby came out to repair my units after they malfunctioned and was a great experience - they discounted my service significantly because they didn’t remind me of the required annual service. I signed up for monthly plan and then we had another issue with a coolant leak and he came out within 48 hours and repaired the system in a few hours and waived any charges (beyond monthly plan). Very happy with the service and with Colby especially.
