Richard is a honest man! This is the type of business you want to hire and keep.

I called because during this heat wave our AC seemed to not be working (not blowing cold air). He was able to squeeze me in same afternoon since he was right up the street. He quickly diagnosed the issue was a tripped breaker. He refused to “take payment for flipping a switch”. He just told me to keep him in mind for when I had other HVAC needs. I definitely will! Richard saved me for a premature $10k+ AC and furnace replacement which is what the other company suggested I’d need due to the units being 20 years old.

He even called me first and wanted to make sure I didn’t already hire another company to work on the AC since he saw a plumbing company that also does HVAC was on-site for an unrelated issue. That’s real integrity that he wouldn’t want to intrude on another company.

There’s no doubt I’ll be using Richard’s Air Tech from now on.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Richard. From the moment he showed up he was so personable and genuine. I had originally called him out for a quote for a new system. He fixed my A/C within 30 mins and walked me through the process. He saved me thousands of dollars. A different bigger company had told me I needed to replace everything, when all i really needed was one part fixed and my attic unit leveled. It was such a stressful week for me, and he literally came in and saved the day. Thank you so much Richard!!

Pleasntly surprised to be told that they could get to me in under an hour when I called too! Very professional father daughter team diagnosed and corrected the owner error that was messing up my air conditioning quickly and efficiently. So glad to have working air as the summer heat encroaches upon us!
