I assist my senior citizen neighbor with his home. Today, Scott R from Castleworks arrived and provided excellent customer service for my neighbor. My neighbor likes me to look out for him, and when I met Scott, I had a lot of confidence that he was providing honest advice on my neighbor's water heater, which needed replacing. The final installation looked clean. Scott completed a high-quality install.

Leaking water heater on a Sunday and castleworks were onsite within 2 hours of my call and replaced the tank! Thank you for the 5 star service.

AC team forgot to turn water heater pilot back on after FAU install. Realized we had no hot water next evening . Couldn’t get pilot to light so called the local number on my water heater next morning. Castleworks arrived 3 hours later and Josh did not charge me to relight the pilot. Very happy with speed and service. Would recommend this company

Replaced water heater, called over 10 places and he was the only one to respond. Very happy with the work Julian did, he showed up on time on a Sunday but due to fungus he was not able to finish. He followed up and finished the job. Very professional.

From the "Uh oh!" moment to the job being done, Luis and his teammate Sargez did a great job. They were available, on time, open, helpful and otherwise did a great job on a very hot day with a very dead water heater (hello 1991!). I'm very thankful for them, and they should be your first call.

This company was very professional. I discovered that my water heater was leaking @ 4 pm on a Tuesday afternoon. I called them, they were over by 5 pm and replaced my 13 year old water heater and added all the current requirements to be in compliance. They finished the job by 9 pm. Extremely happy and Brian Ramos did an excellent job with the installation.

Our water heater suddenly started leaking and after scheduling an appointment, Andres Z. came and figured out what was wrong and fixed everything. He ended up replacing the gas box that heats our water. The company was prompt and scheduled us as soon as possible and so far, we have had an overall good experience with them!
