Good pricing, great service. Came to my house quickly, replaced the furnace and a couple of other things. Everything that was replaced works great! I’d call them again for sure.

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could. Doug and Nick put in a brand new central AC unit in my house last week and the experience was fantastic. Starting with the consultation, Doug noticed some misaligned duct work while looking around the attic and went ahead and made some adjustments before we had even moved forward with a contract. From there it was truly a first class experience. The duo was at my house the very next week and once I showed them everything they needed to see, they went about their business in an incredibly timely and professional manner. They were organized, neat, efficient, punctual, and always cleaned up so well that you almost forgot they were there.

Most important, these guys know their stuff and take their craft very seriously. As someone with limited HVAC knowledge, I learned a ton about the systems and processes and why certain choices were made and products chosen. Furthermore, Doug and Nick truly went above and beyond what was necessary inclusive of completely realigning my ducting to be as streamlined as possible, while also building a brand new return when they noticed the house only had one. They also made sure to check each and every vent and run me through the specs and operations of the AC unit itself, as well as the new thermostat they put in when the old one was acting up.

Lastly, these guys are just genuinely good dudes. They were at my home for two straight days and they were beyond friendly, polite, and great to talk to. Having folks at your home when you're trying to work or be with your family can sometimes be a pain, but honestly Doug and Nick were the opposite.

I really cannot recommend these guys enough.

Our AC was tripping due to low refrigerant and Doug was there for us. Squeezed us into his busy schedule at the end of the day on Friday and had everything working perfectly again in no time. That’s great service!

We had an great experience with T & C Heat and Air! Their is down to earth, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to improve our home’s comfort. Not only did they install a new air conditioner, but they also suggested relocating our furnace to the attic—giving us valuable extra living space. They replaced all the ductwork and strategically moved the supply registers to optimize airflow in each room.

Now, our home stays perfectly comfortable, and the noisy units are out of sight and barely heard! If you need top-quality HVAC service from a family owned company that cares and is accountable, T & C Heat and Air is the way to go!

NextWave (formerly T&C) are great. We have used them for years. We have three separate zones, each with heating and AC, so NextWave has a lot to do each year to ensure everything is running correctly.

Amazing team, always ready to help! My two puppies chewed up everything that was within reach of the outside unit. I placed a call, got an immediate appointment, they were here right in time, Bing bang boom, job dine, tested and working!!! I'll keep calling them as long as they are in business.

Doug is great to work with, and is very good at his job. He installed a new system last year and comes every 6 months to check that things are working well - A/C in the summer, and heat in the winter. We really appreciate his help.... Update: 10/17/24. Doug came by for our semi-annual check-up today and did a great job (as always). We really appreciate that he's easy to get ahold of, he shows up on time, he is great at what he does, and he communicates with us the work he's completed. We highly recommend Doug! A++

Update: 11/14/25. Doug came and checked our furnace today, ran a new condensation line, and installed a new filter grille. We are so happy that all of these items could be taken care of. Doug's father serviced this home, and now Doug has continued giving us stellar care. Doug's such a hard worker, smart, and kind. We highly recommend using his service! A++ service.
