Fabulous company. We’ve had numerous contact and services, everyone from the front desk to those who come and pump our septic have been consistently pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. If you are like us and didn’t know much about the health of your septic or have an old system, these are your people. They educate and serve you well! Thanks for going the extra mile!

Ray did an amazing and thorough job pumping and cleaning my 1,500 gallon septic tank. He was neat, courteous, on time and spent a lot of time thoroughly cleaning and inspecting my tank. Highly Recommend this company!

I first contacted their office because I prefer working with local businesses when I can. The staff at McKenna did NOT disappoint. I am so happy I chose them, even the city/county inspector complimented their efficient organization and communication. I definitely TRUST these guys, recommended them to family.

UNETHICAL!

Most septic companies have either a specialization and installation and repairs OR pumping and certification. NOT BOTH as this creates issues of them finding imaginary things wrong with your septic system just so they can “have their supervisor come out for a bid.”

They said our tank was - and I quote - “bad tank, crushed and needs to be replaced.” they completely screwed us over and we almost lost the offer on our house we’re selling. After two additional professional opinions, they said Mckenna was wrong and there was nothing concerning about our system.

They literally almost cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars. (Losing the sale of our home plus the 10k+ it would have been to completely replace the tank.)

Unbelievable.

We are selling our home out in lakeside, Ca and had McKenna septic come out to pump and certify our septic tank.
Once I received my invoice it stated that “the tank is crushed, and beyond repairable, also the lids are bad.”
I have all the documents stating that the tank was put in seven years ago I had the installer of the tank come and look at the “crushed” part of the tank. Upon further investigation, we found out the baffle wall moves in the tank due to the gasses in the tank and in fact it wasn’t “crushed.”
Luckily we we were able to get another company out to our home to further investigate and saved us on potentially not meeting the closing date of our home.

If I could give this company negative stars I would.
