Simon remodel our stairs and install new floors and baseboards. We have been looking for a contractor in Carson, CA till we found Calstate construction group. They came and explained the process everything was Cristal clear. We are very happy with the job and looking forward to do our kitchen next.

Simon carefully removed the solar panels with permission fron Sunrun Solar. He removed the old roofing tiles and replaced several sheeting boards that had rotted with age. He then installed new tile beautifully and passed all city inspections. I would recommend him for ANY type of remodeling work to your home. He is both knowledgeable and honest.

Wonderful company, on time showed up and explained all process. Great job even did the step stones correctly. They did my outdoor renovation, And even cleaned up afterwards. Very professional and highly recommended.

Asked for estimate on a house remodel. Simon gave us several options based on price points that worked for us. We were looking for something to brighten the house and be efficient with the space we have (which isn’t much).

I'm an architect, trained to be picky for 20+ years, and also a home owner who doesn't want to overpay. The owner of this company is very knowledgeable, and responsible for his work. Both of us had family emergencies during my project, and he followed up all the issues even while we were in the airports. I'll hire him again for future projects.

Simon came out for a consultation apt in December 2025 because I’ve had a jammed/broken sliding pocket door to my bathroom & needed a quote to replace the door and/or track. He was professional & reliable & came out on our coordinated time…& out of courtesy, I noticed he left his shoes at the door. Also, of major significance to me, out of his own kindness & generosity, he unjammed my pocket door, so that we could at least close it until I can replace the pocket door. That was so appreciated, as 4 of us live here & really need the bathroom privacy! I hope to further work with Simon at Calstate Construction when I’m ready to replace my door, as my first experience with him was very positive & much appreciated!! Thank you so much!
