All reviews for Insulation Labs

My experience with the guys at AI Labs was great. I had piles of old insualtion removed, the attic was cleaned from old debris and a new R38 fiberglass batt insulation was put in. Moses from Attic Insulation Labs provided me with an outstanding customer service from start to end. To top it off, him and his workers did a very clean job for a very reasonable price and completed it all in one day of work. Seriously couldn't ask for more and I'm very happy with everything they've done for me.

I needed some work done in our attic. Older home that had some rodent issues in the space so wanted to get it cleaned up plus re-do the insulation and get a quote for an attic fan. Sent an inquiry through Yelp to Insulation Labs and they were in contact within an hour and had the appointment for the quote scheduled for 2 days later.
I was given a 2 hour window on appointment day and was told that I would get a call 30mins prior to them showing up. The guy was very detailed on his explanation of the process for removing existing insulation, cleaning the rodent droppings, sealing the space to prevent future rodents, and the type of replacement insulation that we would be getting. His quote was very competitive with other companies, but it was the thorough explanation that made me go with Insulation Labs for the attic job.
The job was scheduled a week later and the guys that came were very professional. They communicated how the process was coming along and what was being done. They put up a barrier around their work path to help prevent any unwanted materials from entering into the rest of the household. They had all the necessary personal protective equipment as well. It did take the whole day, but taking all things into consideration that was expected. When they were done they cleaned up all their equipment and it was like they were never even here.
It’s been a couple of weeks and I can say I’m very happy with the work that Insulation Labs did in the attic. I have noticed a huge difference in the temperature that my house can now maintain and therefore don’t require use of the AC as much. As far as the rodent problem time will tell, but they did explain that a big factor is cleaning up all the droppings etc because these give off scents that tell other rodents that this is a nest. So by cleaning up the space AND sealing any entrances is the proper and guaranteed way to get rid of the rodent problem.
TL;DR - I absolutely recommend Insulation Labs for their professionalism, great communication, and competitive pricing.

Abraham was very helpful when he came to do the estimate. Walked me through the whole process and explained everything. Scheduling with the office was great. The guys who came out to do the work were all great. And then Dianna at the office provided me with the before and after photos and all the paperwork to be able to file quickly for the LADWP rebate program. They were a little more expensive than my other bids, but I definitely made the right decision in choosing them. Highly recommend! And now my house is warm and toasty for the winter. What a different the under floor insulation has made. Thanks All!

Oliver and his crew did a great job on our attic insulation removal, cleaning and installing new insulation. Oliver was very informative, he inspected our attic condition, took photos and made sure we understand everything prior to signing a contract. Their crew lead by Francisco did a really good job from start to end. Their customer service is the best we got so far from all the contractors we ever hired. Thank you guys!

Had a very smooth attic cleanup and re-insulation project with Insulation Labs. Having dealt with enough shady contractors over the years, I am always skeptical. But these guys earned my trust throughout the process.

Oliver came out to do the estimate, was very thorough and answered all my questions. He was very good with email follow up questions as well. Their price was a little higher than the other estimates we received, but also included sealing of all ceiling air leaks (like through light fixtures), more thorough rodent proofing, and an attic fan installation. They also use a large crew so everything gets done in one day. Some other companies said it was a two day job. So we thought it was good value for the money.

The work crew consisted of Erwin, Pastor, Mynor, Noe, Jimmy and Moises. Those are some hardworking dudes! Erwin is the nicest, most respectful crew chief you will ever meet. He fully explained the process and kept me updated throughout the day. We have two attic access points, in an interior hallway and in the garage. We assumed they would use both access points, since it would have been easier to get to different spots throughout the attic in our ranch style house. But in order to minimize disruption to us (since we were all home due to COVID-19 work & school shutdowns), they only used the garage access point. Incredibly considerate. They took pictures throughout the process. Our attic was a total mess, and after they finished vacuuming and sanitizing, it looked and smelled fresh enough to eat off the attic floor. They then laid the R-38 insulation throughout. The entire attic is now clean and coated wall-to-wall with thick insulation. I am very happy with their work.

I would recommend getting a few estimates from reputable insulation companies, but I think you will be impressed with Insulation Labs even if they aren't the cheapest. When it comes to home projects, you usually do get what you pay for.

I was very pleased with Insulation Labs from beginning to end. Upon making the initial inquiry call, I was given a consultation appointment for the following day and the project was then scheduled for the following week. The crew arrived on time, with a reminder call the day before to ensure the installation time was still convenient for my schedule, and they worked quickly. The whole thing was done in under two hours!

Occasionally I recommend my clients of good contractors I think are suitable for their projects. One of my favorite contractors to work with is Attic Insulation Labs. This week I had the chance to not only recommend them to others but to have them work on my home. I had high expectations and they exceeded all of them. Their workers were attentive, punctual and above all provided a very high quality insulation installation. I'll keep on recommending them to others for as long as they keep providing this level of quality and customer service.

I highly recommend this company. Jacky (the estimator) was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive when I had some questions. The crew who showed up to do the work was also on time, professional and highly detailed in their work. We could not believe how carefully they shielded off the rest of the house with plastic to insure no dust/debris could escape from work area. We were very impressed with how carefully they performed this task. And, they even sealed up a couple of rodent access points under our house which was not even part of the original scope of work. These guys truly take pride in doing a great job!

We were really impressed with Insulation Labs' professionalism. The crew worked efficiently and were very detail-oriented. They prepped the house with ease and made clean up look easy. Best of all, we didn't have to do a thing! We highly recommend Insulation Labs!

Scheduling a crawlspace cleaning with Insulation Labs was quick and easy. They called to re-confirm with me the week of, they let me know the morning of that they were on their way, and arrived on time. The crew did a great job cleaning everything out, rodent-proofing all vents, deodorizing, and sanitizing everything. They removed and took all trash with them. I appreciated the communication and service they provided. Very glad I went with Insulation Labs. I am also thinking of using them to clean out my attic and install insulation in my existing walls.

They have excellent customer service from Jorge the guy who provides the estimate to his manager Angel. Angel, matched their price to another quote I had received, and was able to accommodate me and sent a crew the following day. The crew lead by Eric and Martin arrived on time, were organized, isolated their work space, were clean, professional did everything they said they would and went above their duty by hanging up from the beams A/C ducts that had been left down, Thanks. At the end Eric asked me if I wanted to see their finished work. Great job guys! My two cents, when management treats people right, you can sense it, it trickles down in their employees overall attitude and work quality! Thanks again for a great job guys!

The work team arrives at 8:25am, works until 7:30pm, such a long day. They are very professional, clean my whole attice, then install new insulation also fix all the holes in my house not only attic, but also basement, to make sure there is no rats come again. My house is very old, so cost a long time just for cleaning. They did a wonderful job, I am super satisfied. Definately recommend to my friends.

I got several estimates to insulate my attic and take advantage of a rebate being offered by LADWP. I chose this company because the representative was very professional and the prices were competitive. They are also very knowledgeable about the rebate process. When I chose to hire them to do the job, they got me on their schedule fairly quickly. They said the whole job would be done in just one day. There was a lot of work to be done: clear out the old insulation, clean out the attic, disinfect, fill any gaps to prevent rodents and other animals from entering the space, and blowing in the new insulation. They did indeed finish in one day. The team was very hard-working. It was an extremely hot day to be working in the attic, but they powered through and got it done. Well done!

These guys are awesome! I was looking to get my attic insulation and air ducts replaced last year and unfortunately Covid happened. Fast forward almost a year later, I decided to reach out to them and see if they were still available. Oliver was very professional and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. They were very thorough with their work. One of my major concerns was the asbestos in our old air ducts, and they were able to assist in safely removing them. The next day, a team of four came and was able to install the insulation and air ducts. They were so mindful of our home, they were masks, they taped everything up and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Insulation labs.

Our experience with Insulation Labs (installation of attic insulation, radiant barrier, and an attic fan) was extremely positive. Their bid was more detailed and lower cost than the bid we got from one of their competitors for the same services. Abraham, who visited for the estimate, was both knowledgeable and informative. The installation crew was friendly, polite, neat, professional, and efficient. I would not hesitate to use Insulation Labs again and I definitely recommend them to others.

We had the old insulation replaced/upgraded and all of the rodent attic screens replaced and were very happy with the professionalism of the crew and the respect they showed to our home. Easy to communicate with the company with scheduling & follow up. Gave us before, during, and after photos to see for ourselves all of the work completed. Very happy with their services!

Wonderful service and a job well done! After getting 4 other quotes to replace the insulation in our attic from other top-related companies in the LA area, we ended up choosing Attic Insulation by LABS, and we're very glad we did.

The initial review of our attic was very thorough and uncovered additional space that the other companies did not find in their quicker inspections. During the day of the actual work, Eran was very nice and communicative, walking us through clear status updates along the way. He also provided pictures to help us see how the work was progressing.

The workers kept our home clean during the process, which was very important to us. The entire job took longer than planned because there had more work than initially thought (insulation was deeper than planned during clean up). Eran stuck with his original quote and completed the job thoroughly. Highly recommend this great business.

Probably the best experience I've EVER had with a home improvement or home repair company. Estimator was on time, did his thing quickly and professionally, and gave me an estimate. I got the formal quote by email and we formalized a date for the job. Two attics required two crews, so that the job would be completed in one day. They arrived on time, made preparations to insure no harm or mess would come to my home and went to work. As promised, they were finished that day. They even had one crew member under the house for a couple of hours, making sure any animal access from there was sealed off. I knew they were going to seal off the attic, but didn't realize or expect that they would also take this important measure. I was shown the completed work and then everything was cleaned up as though they'd never been here. Also, both crew foreman were extremely polite young gentlemen, who made sure to explain all steps to be taken and answer any questions I had. Couldn't have gone better. Superb!

Insulation Labs was amazing! I got quotes from a few insulation companies, and they were by far the most professional and instilled trust from the very start. Their pricing was relatively competitive, but it's worth paying a little bit extra for their top-notch service. We bought a "new" old house and our attic was a complete mess (between a lot of decades-old roofing material, two layers of old insulation, and rodent droppings everywhere) and it was important to us to get it cleaned and sanitized before installing new insulation. The Insulation Labs crew of four spent many, many, many hours achieving what we needed and left with 26 giant trash bags of junk. They exceeded our expectations, achieving cleanliness we thought wouldn't be possible, and they didn't stop until it was perfect.

Great experience from the initial quote to the completion of the job. The good reviews are legit and I'm so glad we picked Attic Insulation Labs to do the work. The estimator, Yahav, was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. The workers were on time and didn't stop until they got the job done. I'm happy to give this company an excellent review.

We had most of our house insulated including walls, crawl space, and attic. The whole process of having someone come out to measure, explain the process in detail, and do all of the work was made easy and hassle free. They were even very helpful with scheduling and coordinating some needed asbestos abatement. I would highly recommend insulation labs for their clear and prompt communication, workmanship, and pricing.
