I hired this plumber for a bathroom project. He showed up but did not complete the work and left the plumbing in worse condition than before. He promised to return but never did. I filed a complaint with the CSLB, and they confirmed multiple violations and issued him a warning letter. He was ordered to refund $50 but refused. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this contractor.
