Martin did a great job getting our fireplace to work. He has a nice personality and a professional attitude. He respected our home while he was here. The charge for his service was lower than we expected. He was efficient. He even did an adjustment to the flame at no additional charge. We were very satisfied with his work.

Excellent service and friendly staff. We were able to get a same day appointment to have our AC repaired.

I want to acknowledge and thank 2 people in this company; customer service rep Daphne, and field technician Angel. They both were extremely helpful in guiding me through troubleshooting issues with my heating unit. I am very grateful for the promptness and clear communication that was displayed in both interactions.

Martin did a great job in checking and maintaining HVAC system. He was on time, thorough and explained the the options with pictures and got the job done. Reasonable in pricing as well.

Giovanni and Marcos did a great job cleaning the inside of my dryer as well as the long vent duct to the exterior. They explained things clearly and worked neatly and efficiently. We will definitely use TriCounty again next time!

Had a heating issue call Tri county Service Giovanni & Marco came by and who where honest and had great customer. Was clear and precise. Gave me a couple options and quotes and left me with my heater working . Will be calling them again.

TriCounty has been working out well. We recently had an issue with one of our furnaces. They sent out their tech, Angel, and he spent a fair amount of time finding a very difficult short. He did it. A very nice guy, and very competent. He thinks through the problem and tests things until he finds the solution. TriCounty provides good service. And Daphne, in the office,is so helpful!

Have used TriCounty a few times now, first for an emergency A/C issue and then for general service and they have been great. Our tech Angel has always been super friendly and respectful(my dog really likes him too). Would absolutely recommend them for anyone in need of A/C or furnace servicing

Giovanni was amazing and came out within 30 min of my call for help. Good thing too cuz discovered a carbon monoxide leak! Thank God we hardly use our heater!! Our detectors went off and I got suspicious today when I used the heater! Thank you Giovanni you are the bomb!

Writing to share that we are so grateful for Angel and TriCounty Services and confidently recommend their services. Our heater recently went out, and Angel was sent out to figure out what had gone wrong. He was so polite, honest, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to pretty quickly discern that the issue was actually with the ceiling vent and not the heater itself and did a great job explaining the issue. When the roofers had trouble finding the problem, TriCounty was kind enough to send Angel back out to meet the roofers and help make sure the cap on the vent got fixed properly. We are very excited to have heat in the house again! From our experience with the first call to the office to our interactions at our home with Angel and the good price we are very pleased!

Angle arrived as scheduled. He was very polite explaining in detail what was going to and then went about the service in an efficient manner. When the service of our two units was complete, he walked me through what had been done.

Soon after his departure, I had a detailed report on the service.

I was very pleased with my purchase of a replacement furnace through TriCounty Services. The whole process went smoothly. Very informative in house estimate, I was given several options with pros and cons for each explained. Installation team arrived promptly and worked efficiently. Everyone involved from estimate, office staff and installation was very helpful and courteous.

Giovanni was very knowledgeable, Professional and efficient. I also would like to add that the young ladies who I spoke to in the office I think they were Christie and Emma were both very polite With wonderful customer service skills. it was a pleasure speaking with both of them.

I have been a customer of Tri County since I bought my first house in the 90s. Every time I move they are my HVAC provider. They provide excellent service and their staff is great. I have been such a long time customer that I know some/most of the service department. In fact, Giovanni came by yesterday to service my units. He is a long time employee and one of my favorites. Give that man a raise!
