Erik from Hydrotek was knowledgable and thorough. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing. He offered recommendations, and also pointed out that some were definitely optional.
I will use Hydrotek Pipe Services in the future.

Hydrotek is by far the best plumber I have ever used. We had a big and costly plumbing issue that Eric not only responded to quickly but also fixed the problem at a very economical price. I will not use any other plumber!!

We needed to replace our sewer and connect it to the city main. Eric from Hydrotec was an easy choice as he was by far the most knowledgeable, thorough, and affordable of all the contractors looking for the job. The choice paid off, Eric and his crew delivered on time, at cost even though the city could not tell the exact location of cables and pipes and the digging got interrupted by massive tree roots blocking the passage. I am very happy with the job and convinced that Hydrotec is the right choice for plumbing projects.

Eric and team did a phenomenal job fixing our drain pipe. We have a house built in the 1960's thats....well old. Our kitchen drain has given us some trouble in the past. But last week it clogged up, and it was just done for. It wasnt even a slow drain; it was a full no drain situation. The water wouldnt even move an inch overnight.

We initially called a rooter service. That company put up some artificial roadblocks to cleaning out the pipe, and wanted over $4000 essentially clean the pipe; with no other more permanent solution. Granted, I'm sure the pipe would have been adequately cleaned, and wouldnt have been much trouble after that. It really just felt like they were trying to fleece me.

We had a second person come out, and they were going to make a more permanent repair by adding a cleanout. He was supposed to return the following day to do this; which was a Friday. That person never showed up, leaving us with little options going in to the weekend.

So with that, I asked around and was recommended to contact Hyrdrotek pipe services. Eric got right back to us, and was even willing to come check it out that Saturday morning. Right away I could tell he was knowledgeable, and professional. He laid out what his approach would be to solving it. His approach would not only fully clean out the pipe, but ensure that all downstream connecting drains were not impacted, but also adding a cleanout to futureproof the problem. Unlike the first company I called, his pricing was very fair.

His crew came out this last Monday morning. Great group of guys. By early afternoon, our drain was totally fixed. I really couldnt be happier with the outcome. I wish I would have called them first. So hopefully this post will point the next person in the right direction.

Eric is a totally solid guy who I would highly recommend without hesitation. Eric and his crew were awesome, and good coordination with city of SB meant that our sewer lateral replacement project was completed in two days, with only 3 hours of service downtime. 5 Stars!

Eric and his crew did a great job replacing and fixing our sewer lateral line and connection to the main. Due to good organization and coordination with the city, they got the project done in 2 1/2 days. Our service downtime was only a few hours.
Eric let us know everything that needed to be done and kept us informed throughout the project.
They are a pleasure to work with, and as a Realtor, I will recommend him to clients, and would absolutely use Hydrotek again!
