Words are insufficient to convey the professionalness, kindness, responsiveness and genuine caring about helping me with a huge complete home replacing. Rex was always on time, clearly explained everything and treated my home and me with such respect. Watching him work was a pleasure. He took pride in every little detail and was honest about every bit of the process. The quality of the work is exceptional, but I am grateful to have someone I can really trust.

Rex is the best plumber I've ever used- his quotes are usually accurate (No suprizes- padding up the bill. He's showed up late on Friday nights for those emergencies, weekends, etc. Finishes work in a timely manner- lot's of contractors/workers start jobs and disappear. He's wonderful and polite with tenants too- Takes the time to explain to me future preventative measures. I refer Rex to all my real estate clients and realtor friends.

I recently called Rex Thomas (recommended by my neighbor), for my plumbing issues. He came ready to work and solved all my problems. Rex is 100% qualified and dedicated to his job. He is my hero.

If I could give Rex 10 stars I would. Excellent communication, excellent work and fair price. He was referred from family and I would refer him to everyone.

First plumber was a no show. I called Rex who was in the middle of another job at 6pm on a Sunday. He showed up soon after and knocked out the work. Emergency services at its best. Happy customer!!!

I’ve been using Rex for over 10 years. He serviced my parents home and many of my friends as well He is the only Plumber I call when work needs to be done. Doesn’t matter what type of weather Or day of the week if I need help, he’s there. Trustworthy to a fault. Many times I’ve just left the door open for him to come in and do his work while I was off doing something else. When I returned, the work was done the house was locked up And I was happy. It also made me happy to know that the people I recommended him to were just as pleased and continue to use his services even today. Five stars is not enough, he deserves 10!! You’d be a fool not to hire him.

Rex has truly been a blessing for us. Our most recent emergency was a large metal pipe, the entire length of our Tri level condo, which cracked and thus resulting in a terrible water leak. He responded immediately, removing parts of walls and our kitchen cabinets to get to the source, and replacing the pipe. Everything was put back together perfectly like nothing ever happened. This whole process was very complicated, and he got it done in a week working long hours. He has also done various other small projects for us. He always responds in a very timely manner and somehow fits us into his busy schedule. We appreciate his reasonable prices.

Rex came highly recommended to us by a neighbor. He is extremely professional and hardworking. A relatively simple job at the start turned out to be quite a bit more involved than we anticipated, due to past remodeling. My gut feeling was that I was lucky we found him and not someone who might take a shortcut, because it was extremely difficult to figure out. Much of the work had to be done at an hourly rate and I was very surprised at how diligent he was in reporting his hours and documenting what hours went to what job. The invoices and such an organized presentation at the end of the job was all I needed to see to know that we had chosen the right plumber. He even spent an additional hour or so after we settled the bill to address our tiniest concerns and even return the next day with a free bathtub drain plug because ours wasn't working right. From the very start to the very finish, Rex exceeded my expectations. You will be glad you called Rex Plumbing!!

Rex was a lifesaver!! We had a gas leak which is pretty scary! He came right away and knew exactly what to do! He was very considerate about cleanup. He actually brought in about 25 garbage cans to hold the dirt while he worked. Neighbors appreciated his neatness. He left everything as it was at the end. Even the landscaping and cement. Not cheap but would definitely recommend him!!

Rex Thomas has been our go-to guy for every kind of plumbing work on our family's two houses over the last 22 years. We give him our highest recommendation. He is a very experienced, very competent, hard-working, full service plumber.

Over the years we have hired Rex to install trenchless sewer lines, new fresh water lines, new toilets, sinks and showers, on -demand water heaters (requiring water, gas, and electrical connections), repairs of sewer vent piping, a rainwater drainage system, a water line to our new refrigerator's ice machine, and more for us. He refurbished vintage faucets in our old historic house.

Our family's other house has a concrete slab foundation, which poses extra challenges for plumbing repair work. Rex did a great job dealing with major plumbing repairs to that house, installing a new sewer line, new toilets, sink and shower drains, and a yard drainage system. That job included lots of excavation and pouring new concrete, and using a camera on a snake to locate and diagnose hidden problems in buried pipes.

Other duties as assigned: We also hired Rex to demolish and remove old asphalt and concrete features we found buried in our yard. One Thanksgiving we did the classic bone head trick of clogging our kitchen sink with potato peelings, and Rex came out on a holiday to clear our drain. And he has provided periodic maintenance (de-scaling and filter replacement) for our on - demand water heaters.

Rex is honest and conscientious. He is good at explaining what a job will entail before he starts work. And he typically provides detailed documentation of his work on invoices after he is done. His rates are fair and he is worth every penny.

Rex is absolutely incredible! I will never call any other plumber again. He is the utmost professional, communicative through the entire process, his work is phenomenal and the cleanest I’ve ever seen. 10/10 recommend. Do not waste your time elsewhere. Thanks Rex you rock!

I recently contacted Rex Plumbing for a leak under my kitchen sink. He came out right away and figured out the problem. I appreciated that he did not go directly to the most expensive fix but rather tried something to tide me over since I was planning a kitchen reno. Unfortunately my faucet was too far gone. When I called him back, he suggested a couple of popular faucet options, then purchased the one I picked, and came over and installed it. He also replaced hoses underneath my sink, one of which was ready to blow. The whole process, from start to finish, progressed without delays.

Rex is knowledgeable, efficient, and goes above and beyond. He's also just a nice guy. After he replaced the faucet, I mentioned to him a problem I was having with a shower valve and he looked at it and fixed it as well! It wasn't even on his schedule. It is not easy to find repair people you can feel comfortable with and trust to be reliable and fair...I am so glad I found Rex Plumbing....Highly recommend!

Since 2008 when I bought my fixer-upper house, Rex has been helping me with ALL of my plumbing problems. Rex has been and is the most honest, reliable plumber I have ever known. I trust Rex implicitly. He always quotes a fair price before each project and frankly, after knowing him all this time, I will pay whatever prices. They are very reasonable.
I have great a respect for his work ethic; About 5 summers (or so) ago, some corroded pipes required replacing and re-routing. DESPITE THE HEAT and the challenge, he completed the work in record time.
A couple of years ago he stayed until 2 am to remove an old broken water heater and replace it with a new one. I looked for replacement parts, but the unit was old, parts would not be available for six weeks and were very expensive. Again, his prices were much more reasonable and his service was quicker compared to trying to buy (and wait for) parts.
Before meeting Rex, I had to deal with more than one or two very dishonest plumbing outfits. From Day One he has been a true blue and upstanding man.
I highly recommend Rex to anyone who needs help with their plumbing problems because he is so honest, reasonable, trustworthy and so responsive.
