Very professional. I have older home from the forties they upgraded my air vents and everything worked out great.

I had a great experience with Santa Cruz Heating and Cooling. I tried using one of those big chain HVAC companies and they charged me to "fix my heater" and left it broken. I had to call Santa Cruz to come to my rescue. He has been in the business. He has experience. He is knowledgeable. He took his time diagnosing the problem and tried to fix my HVAC system starting with the cheapest solution, and moving forward from there. Whereas the big chain guys just jumped directly to the most expensive solution they had, and wouldn't even guarantee that it would be fixed when they were done. If you want to call a professional, local, family business that you can trust, skip the big chain offerings and call Santa Cruz Heating and Cooling. You and your wallet will be glad that you did.

We are so happy that we had Alberto at Santa Cruz Heating and Cooling do extensive work replacing and repairing two air conditioners at our home. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. He seamlessly coordinated working with roofers who were on the job at the same time. He was respectful of property and pets and did a stellar job, start to finish. We highly recommend this company and we will use them for all our future needs.
