I contracted with NuCave about a year ago for a major backyard project involving terracing of a sloped yard. About a year later I had some major issues after all the rain. The reason I give them 5 stars because they stood behind their work and were fair and honorable in their communications with me, and came out and re-did the faulty walls. Being professional when there is a problem is key with any contractor.

If you are looking for good quality and good value then look no further! Nucave Construction came to our home and transformed our backyard pool area to include a gorgeous oak and redwood deck. Our view from Vista to Catalina Island is now super awesome!

NuCave is an excellent contractor. They have performed many construction and reconstruction projects in our Owners' Association. Their work has been superior, their interaction with customers superb, and their attention to building code and details perfect.

Ryan from Nucave Construction did an outstanding job adding a new deck around a spa. It came out beautiful! They were always on time, communicated clearly, cleaned up everyday and worked with me if changes needed to happen. Highly recommend Nucave!

After meeting with several contractors, I met Ryan and instinctually knew he was the right choice. In fact it was the best decision. I purchased a place that needed a remodel badly. We had a limited time and budget to do everything. Not only did he and his team finish on time and budget, the remodel turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. Ryan and his team realized an even better version of my vision. He was a great collaborator, figuring out how and enhancing my ideas and always mindful of the cost.

I cant say enough about Nucave construction. Ryan and his whole team were very professional. I remodeled my kitchen and was looking for some custom pieces. Ryan knew what I envisioned for my kitchen and really brought it to life. I was also very pleased on how quick they were able to get the work done. I had some last minute adjustments to my design. Ryan was on top of it and was able to bring someone in to get it done asap. I will be hiring them again for more work.

Nucave exceeded all of our expectations on our home remodel. We couldn't be happier with the quality of finished product, their attention to detail, their integrity and commitment to us as a client. We had some pretty complicated and intricate parts to the remodel and they made it all happen! Pete, Ryan, Karl and their whole team were very responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. We highly recommend.

Ryan and his team worked with us to fine an economical solution to repair our 35x12' balcony deck beam supports. This repair required the replacement of 3 6x12x12' support beams without damaging the existing hard decking or seals. It also included the replacement of the upper deck railing system and replaced it with a steel wire on wood frame railing.
This was accomplished on time and per budget. Ryan and his team worked with us at each stage and notified us of any significant changes to materials, time or budget. They were not our lowest bid but they provided great value with minimal impact to our day to day life over the 4 weeks of the job. His team is friendly, courteous and professional. They cleaned up the site at the end of each day.
We went with them because they are a local company and we’re very glad we did. They will definitely be asked to bid on our future bathroom remodel project. My overall grade is 4.9 with only a few minor painting issues as detractors. We look forward to working with them in the future.

NuCave has installed a new fence of stone covered pillars and metal, redesigned our driveway entrance, and redone a water drainage area on our 1 1/2 acre property in Escondido. Ryan has been great from the design and throughout the work being done. It looks fantastic! The experience of working with Nucave, has been an excellent one!

If you are looking for a stress-free renovation experience, look no further than Nucave Construction. They have done a number of jobs for us over the past few years: A complete upstairs deck rebuild (including my living room ceiling), a kitchen and dining room cabinet refacing, and complete master bathroom and family room renovations, including cabinetry and flooring. Their workmanship is impeccable, and their team is professional, efficient, and trustworthy. They do all the scheduling, clean up the workspace each day, and even provide design ideas. All questions and concerns are dealt with immediately during the process. I’ve always gotten several bids on my jobs - they are not the cheapest nor the most expensive – but I guarantee, they are THE BEST!

I worked with multiple contractors on my complete remodel inside, outside and landscaping. Of them, Nucave would be the only one I’d work with again. They did my deck, spiral stairs, new stucco finish, pavers, turf, fence & gates, and a few other things.

Responsive, professional, well-planned/scheduled and quality work. The crew was great to work with - chatted with most of them every day. Quality people. They each knew their craft and did it well.

Nucave construction came highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint. The transformation of our house was incredible and we could not be happier. We were treated kindly by everyone who worked on our house and Ryan and Pete worked hand to give us exactly what we wanted- new floors, kitchen, bathrooms, exterior, and cantina doors. We hired Nucave to waterproof and do some repairs on my rooftop deck. We had some water damage to a upstairs bedroom due to heavy rains back in March. We had gotten numerous quotes that were over the top ridiculous. After interviewing Ryan, and hearing his thoughts on what needed to be done I felt confident in his expertise.The professionalism that Ryan and his team was quite impressive. They kept us up to date with all their work, were always on time and finished the job quickly. We plan on using them again for future projects. Thank you for your excellent work & professionalism!

Nucave Construction did a fantastic job of remodeling my kitchen and repainting my entire home. The team was incredibly communicative and I especially appreciated that Stuart, the project manager, kept me updated on a daily basis on the status of all work and sent me updates as I couldn't be there in-person.
