After shopping multiple plumbers to replace my water heater and pressure regulator I came across smart plumbing. I can't believe how thorough and honest they are with the pricing and the process.i love that we communicated via text message which was wonderful because I can refer back to our conversations if I missed anything. I didn't know a permit was required in my city to get a water heater installed and they gave me the option of getting the permit process done myself or have them do it. I had them do it as they were completely upfront with all pricing from the beginning .
