Rani and his crew did a great job painting and replacing the siding on the in-law unit in our backyard.  I felt like Rani went out of his way to ensure the entire process went smoothly from start to finish.  One side of our in-law unit is in our neighbor's backyard so we needed to coordinate with her when the work on that side of the unit could be done.  I think I was doing a horrible job of relating this information to our neighbor, but Rani stepped in and told me he'd take care of talking with her, which I really appreciated.  Sergio, the foreman, was on the job often to make sure things were going well.  The site was left clean and tidy when the job was complete.  We will without a doubt be using Crane Construction for our next home project.

After an extensive two-month search, we found a trustworthy local general contractor capable of handling large-scale projects. Crane Construction's architect and engineer expertly transformed our vision into reality, delivering a functional office expansion. We're thoroughly enjoying our new workspace.

Crane Construction did an amazing job with interior paint for my rental property in Berkeley. I had a duplex that I needed to be repainted for the upcoming tenet. They completed the task quickly and were super communicative. I appreciate also how they ensured we had some extra paint to the side in case we need touch ups in the coming years (some paints go out of stock). The owner was kind, patient, and gave a fair price.
