Thank you to the Optivest Build team for a well managed and supervised job of constructing a trench on our yard. Work was seamless and the management ensured everyone was in agreement.

Working with Moe was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He’s one of those rare contractors who always picks up the phone and communicates clearly throughout the entire process. Our project involved permitting in a city that’s notoriously difficult, especially coordinating between the fire department and overlapping county and city requirements, but Moe handled it all with professionalism, patience, and great attention to detail. We did an ADU remodel, which included upgrading electrical, sewage, roof, foundation work and getting all the items up to city, fire and county code. Moe and his team carefully reviewed and addressed all issues provided in the design by EAS Designers a structural and architectural design company that were great to work with, in a timely manner with a reasonable cost.

He stayed on schedule, double-checked options before moving forward, and always provided transparent pricing after getting multiple quotes. That kind of diligence and honesty is hard to find. Beyond his skill and reliability, Moe is simply a friendly, down-to-earth person who genuinely cares about doing things the right way. We were ultimately able to sell our house after and definitely think the permitted ADU was a big part of that.

If you want someone dependable, thorough, and great to work with, I can’t recommend Moe enough. I’d work with him again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I recently remodeled, altered, and added an addition to our forever home through Optivest Build. With no prior experience and a tight budget, the process could have easily become overwhelming. However, working with Mr. Mohammad Rahmani made all the difference.
Mohammad was incredibly patient, supportive, and present throughout the entire year-long project. He was always available to answer our questions—no matter how big or small—with genuine respect and patience. His knowledge of every detail was exceptional, and it gave us so much confidence along the way.
From guiding us through floor plan decisions, to navigating the city permit process, to being hands-on all the way through the final stages, Mohammad and his team were involved in every step. Their dedication and professionalism truly set them apart.

We asked Moe to help us with preparation of our house that needed some paint and fixes reported in the inspection report to get it ready to be listed in the market for sell. We had a very tight timeframe as we were on the escrow for the new house we were moving to and we needed to wrap up things quick and clean. Moe and his crew were very supportive and helped us to wrap up things with high quality and fast. I am glad to say that we could manage our situation with their help, and for sure very happy to work with them in future again.

We wanted to make some changes and adjustments to the new house we purchased recently. Before moving in, Moe and his team gave us a lot of good suggestions and helped us to make all ideas we had in mind possible. They even pointed out and fixed some of the issues that we were not aware of. They can cover any type of work from landscaping, structural framing, electrical and plumbing, up to fine finish work and adjustment. We even had a very large chandelier to be installed on 20 feet ceiling and they helped us with that too. We are planning to work with them to build an ADU as well which his team is helping us to finish as a turn key project from permitting to complition.

We had our kitchen remodeled and hardwood floors installed, and the team did an excellent job. Overall, it was a fantastic experience working through this project. They listened to us throughout and were very open to the small changes we made along the way. Their patience made the process much less stressful and helped us feel confident in our decisions. The craftsmanship was high-quality, communication was clear, and everything was completed right on schedule. We highly recommend their work!

We hired Optivest Build to construct an ADU for my parents. After collecting quotes from several contractors, we chose them because of their cost-efficient proposal. We were also impressed by the manager, Moe, whose strong background with a PhD in Construction, assured us of the company's technical knowledge and expertise.
We are nearing completion on the project and have been extremely satisfied with the work.
