They fixed my UHD. Put in a new board. Then my 5 yr old cracked the screen on accident. I will be taking my TV back to them again. Good Service.

Bob is amazing! Our LG Fridge stopped working after 3 years, and thankfully Best Buy called LG and we had a 5 year warranty through them. While my newly bought food was rotting, I was freaking out, Bob came out the very next day, fixed it in under an hour and we're good to go! He is very honest, and gave us some great tips on how to avoid this occurring in the future.

Bob did wonders to save our fridge while under warranty and after LG decided some of the parts were no longer covered he had solutions. Strong and timely communication, prompt, and showed up when he said he would. Very reasonable pricing and a pleasure to interact with. Will use again as appliance issues arise.

I understand Covid has been impacting businesses, but I think small places like this can fly under the radar. With that I say, how come I have to call 5 times in a row around 12 pm to only get “mailbox full” each time? Wanted to really use this place since they advertise they fix Aiwa products. Darn shame...

I took my tv for repair. It had sound but no picture. When i pick it up it worked. Couple days later it did the same thing. This place sucks..

he is a trapper , like he took $45 dollars from me in advance
to check what is the issue ,and after that i couldn't find him . i went many times to the shop was closed , when i call him her replied in text message from different phone saying he will call me later , after all and all he sent me a massage saying that he will fix the microwave with $ 328 dollar , isn't that crazy , at this money i can buy 2 microwaves , so after 2 weeks , i picked up unrepaired

I took my laptop computer to fairway repair, the gentleman told me that he will charge $25 to check my computer and if it needs a repair the $25 goes to the total bill. He collected the $25 and told me that he'll contact me in 2 days. He did not call me, so I went after 2 days, and asked about my the problem. He told me that my computer needs a mother board and he gave a price of 350 dollars plus to repair my computer. I had a scotch tap on my battery (because my battery was loose). The scotch tape was still untouched. I do not think he even open up my computer to check.

This store is not doing a professional business. I paid $39 for diagnostic fee, when I dropped off my TV. One week later, nobody called me, then I called store that they told me I need change power board, $275. I said ok. Go ahead. Another 3 days later, store called me that main board is bad, it need more than $400 to replace it, it is not power board. They don't know what they are doing. They couldn't find my TV problem. I don't trust them, I took my TV back and spent $39 for nothing. Not a reliable store.
