All reviews for Aurum Construction

I definitely recommend Alex for all your construction needs. He is very professional, responsible and pays attention to details. I'm so happy with the remodeling he did to my bathroom. He did an awesome job.

I have quite a bit of work from Aurum and the work was excellent. The work area was left very clean, much cleaner than other contractors I have used. Also very positive vibes from Alex. I am planning on using them again for a project that is coming up.

I had problems with my older a/c unit. I contacted Alex, who came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs at an affordable cost. I'm very happy with the result, and would definitely use the company again .

Out of 3 contractors I searched for. Alex was prompt and very much concerned about my plumbing issues.
He never pushed away my suggestions and gave me great advice along the way.
Fair with his pricing; while quoting me for a spectrum of work but only charging me only for what was actually done. Way above and beyond from previous experiences.

I received excellent service from Aurum Construction, Air Conditioning and Heating!
Alex installed a Daikin mini split system and new gate locks. He explained things and answered all my questions, was knowledgeable, professional and had great customer service. I am extremely happy with the services provided. Highly highly recommend Aurum Construction!

Alex was great! He did a tune up on our AC unit and now it works much better, finally able to cool our house down!
Fast, friendly and reliable.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Before he started, he walked us through his process. While working, he walked us through what he found. After he was done, he gave us an explanation of what he was able to accomplish.

I had a great experience with Aurum Construction, Air Conditioning & Heating.
I had a leak coming through my bathroom ceiling and wasn’t sure if it was from the AC unit or the plumbing.
When Alexander, the AC technician, came out to inspect it, he quickly found the issue. He discovered that the prior work done by another technician was sloppy and had caused the problem.
Alexander walked me through everything, showed me pictures of what was wrong, and explained the repair clearly. He corrected the mistakes, and now my ceiling is no longer leaking.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend Alexander!

Outstanding Service and Integrity

When my AC went out, the original installer told me the unit was no longer under warranty and that repairs would be out of pocket. Something didn’t sit right with me, so I reached out to Alexander from Aurum Construction — and I’m so glad I did.

Alexander took the time to explain what he suspected was wrong, then came out the very next day. After inspecting the motor, he discovered it was still under warranty and handled the replacement himself. He even let me know the unit had eight more years of coverage, which gave me peace of mind moving forward.

Beyond the repair, Alexander walked me through other ways to improve airflow throughout the house. His knowledge was impressive, his communication was clear, and his honesty truly stood out. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable.

I highly recommend Alexander for anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy service. He went above and beyond — and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I hire to make some drywall repairs and he was real professional with the cleaning. I will hire again for my next project.
