Peter is extremely helpful for the heating reparation. He has introduced many basic knowledge about the AC and heating system. In addition, he fixed it in a short period of time! That was very impressive service and I would highly recommend him!!

I am very impressed with Peter. He came to our house a year after filling up my refrigerant to see if there is a leak. True enough his suspicions were validated. He explained our options thoroughly. I am very thankful for his time and professionalism. I will be referring him to my friends and co workers. This is how much I trust him.

Very impressed with this company. They showed up on a weekend and kept me up-to-date with their estimated time of arrival. Then they gave a full & detailed assessment of the problem along with various scenarios to address the issue. Peter and his brother were extremely nice, humble, and trustworthy and I will definitely use their services again as needed.

I'm writing this review for my parents. Their English is limited so I am the one that found and initially contacted Peter. He was prompt and professional on the phone. Made an appointment easily. This next part is according to my parents. They specifically asked me to write this review... Something they have never asked me for in the past. They were told their ac could not be fixed by another company but they were still charged the the service call and told they would need a completely new system. Peter showed up and explained to my parents it was the controller that was not working properly and that would need to be replaced to get the ac to work. He did mention that because the system is so old it will eventually need to be replaced but should hold up for a bit. He checked the system, fixed it, confirmed it was working properly and he charged a fair amount. Totally recommend him if you're in the Rowland Heights area in need of a great air conditioner service company

Can't say enough things about Peter and I GO, our relationship started last year when I wanted to install a mini split, they provide the most reasonable price and went above and beyond acquiring my choice of brand which they don't normally carry and still managed an excellent job! Recently, my HVAC compressor went out, searching around youtube gave me an idea but I still wanted to get Peter's opinion. He came out and within min, stated its exactly as I suspected and didn't upsell me anything I didn't need. He takes his time to explain all the steps and even help me over the phone on troubleshooting some issues I had with my blower unit. It's really difficult to find a good, honest AC mechanic like Peter and I GO these days and they will have my continuous support/business for all my AC needs.

I had an issue with my AC where warm air wasn't coming out. I called Peter and he came by the next day. Although he didn't find anything wrong, I was impressed by his methodical troubleshooting and he explained each step with great clarity. When he turned on the AC it was working and his measurements stated the AC was in great working condition. He did have a theory as to why I might have seen the failure and said just to keep an eye out for it. He waived the standard fee since there wasn't a fix required but I was more than grateful for the time he spent in troubleshooting and explaining. It's refreshing to have a company willing to address a customer's concerns. He never gave me the feeling of just wanting to rush out of there and getting to the next job. I will have this family run company quick linked in case I have any future HVAC issues. 5 stars based on customer experience, communication, and knowledge sharing.

I had an awesome experience with I Go! Needed a new HVAC system and they were the fastest and most affordable service provider I found. Peter patiently explained every aspect of the invoice and walked us through the whole process. They had to install a furnace, condenser unit, and evaporator coil, explaining everything in detail before and after installation. Installation only took a few hours. They also gave us information about our ducts versus other types of ducts so that we could make a determination for ourselves whether we wanted to do ductwork or not. They are super reliable, honest, and knowledgeable. Thank you for everything!

Peter was punctual, communicated well, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. I made an appointment and got confirmation immediately for the following day. He arrived on time and called prior to arrival. I had a few questions which he explained in detail and also what he recommended doing. I ended up changing the motor & capacitor at a great price. I appreciated how genuine Peter is and his knowledge of the repair. Will definitely recommend and will be the first person to call for services moving forward.

They are the best!!! I highly recommended for residential or commercial AC services. They really go the extra mile to find solutions to AC problems. I had an AC unit that was not working in my commercial building and would almost cost 20K to replace. However, IGO Heating and Air found the issue and was able to resolve the issue without replacing the AC unit. Initially, it was really hard to find the parts, but they were able to do their research and found the solution and saved me thousands of dollars.

Furthermore, they also fixed my AC unit in my house years ago. I had a leaky condenser that other companies could not find and kept telling me to replace with new AC unit and redo the pipe along with it. IGO Heating and Air was able to find the leak and rebuilt the condenser for fraction of the cost of new unit.

I am very impressed by their knowledge and dedication to address customer's concerns and issues. I would be glad to refer them to any of my friends and family.

I had the best experience with I go heating &air conditioning to install my A/C and furnace. They are very professional, courteous, responsive, on time and they cleaned up the area after the work. Their prices are very competitive and provide good value. I will use them again and highly recommend their service.

I value a strong work ethic and honest education from contractors and the guys at I GO are top shelf A+ people. They arrived on time, kept me informed and were very reasonable in their rates. I highly recommend them. They replaced my TXV valve and recharged our 12 year old AC system. They were fast, informative, and friendly

I Highly recommend I GO Heating & Air Conditioning because they provide excellent and timely service. Our ceiling leaked because our old ac furnace overflowed with water. Peter was able to come out and give a quote right away. Our ac unit was so old that we had to replace the whole system. Peter and his team replaced the HVAC unit, furnace and the ducts. Plus they got rid of the old unit. Peter made sure the new HVAC unit was stable and secure. His team placed the new furnace in our attic with minimal adjustments to our ceiling. They replaced the ducts so that more airflow would go into the rooms. They also added new vents to our bathrooms. Peter even installed a google home ac controller for us. We can now control our ac from our phones. Peter also gave us an orientation about the work that they did. Bonus! Peter put a fail safe in the furnace so it will just off if it gets blocked preventing any future water leaks to our ceiling.

I appreciate that they came out quickly and got the job done. It’s not fun having a hole in the ceiling. They gave us a quote and never tried to up sale us on unnecessary changes. It gives me peace of mind that their labor comes with a one year warranty. I also love that Peter left his contact information on the side of the ac unit so if we have any problems we can call him right away.
