We had blocked pipe late and the evening and Drain Doctor came out 1st thing the morning and fixed us up with care.

Another great experience with Joe Castro! We left a message Friday night & he came Saturday morning about 10:00 am. He took a few minutes to access the reason why the sewer branch pipe was backing up and continued to do a Hydro Jet cleaning which cleared it up. To find the root of the problem, he used a camera and saw a shifted pipe section that created a lip that the debris clogged on. He recommended to fix that so it won't happen again. We scheduled it to have it done in the next 2 weeks with his office assistant 2 days later. He is cordial, respectful and provides enough technical information to understand the situation & the process to fix it in understandable terms.

As a follow up to the previous service, Joe & his 4 assistants came back 2 weeks after the 1st fix. They prepared the front yard area with tarp on the grass so the dirt did not get on the grass. They dug 3-5 feet down in no time and took out clay pipes & replaced it with ABS black pipes. They ran a camera towards the house and saw roots so they cleaned out those pipes too. They always do a thorough job!

Other misc maintenance jobs that was well done with Joe so I won’t have problems in the future was: flushing out water heater tank, fixing pipe joints so they do not produce electrolysis, replacing a corroded galvanized gas pipe with a valve & cap, hydro jetting & descaling inside a kitchen pipe to sewer and replacing toilet flapper & flush handle. All jobs were done to my satisfaction & with the feeling of no worrying about plumbing problems!

Excellent service! Prompt and professional! Our issue was resolved quickly which was critical in this heat as we had our water shut off with kids and pets in the house. Joe explained everything to my husband and then went over it again with me as I was paying for the service which was great. Joe came on time and did more than what I thought he would do. I appreciate the extra checks of water pressure and chlorine content. It felt like he was doing a thorough assessment of our plumbing situation. I called Drain Doctor to fix a dripping leak in our shower. It was a nice surprise to see that Joe also fixed the hot/cold handle. It used to be the opposite. Overall Joe was great but the price point is steep. Really steep. It was more expensive than when I had to have a burst pipe leak with water flowing everywhere be fixed. Even the quote for the filtration system the company recommends seems off the chart expensive. We don't even have a huge house to begin with and it's 3x the national average. Customer service is great though. So that's nice.

So we ended up optimg for the Halo water system. Joe helped us get great discounts. It was nice because it felt like he actually wanted to help us get better water for the house. He came back and offered us financing which worked well with our budget. The installation was shorter than I expected and so far we're enjoying the best water we've had for years. Joe also left us with a water test kit as well as an enzyme to dissolve build up in our pipes. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I feel that we've found our go-to plumbing home. Thank you Joe! Thank you also to the wonderful customer service who kept following-up.

Second time I used them. They did what they said they would do at the time they said it would be done. Clean, fast, non-intrusive. What else can you ask for?

Joe Castro was excellent! Was promptly on time… did a thorough inspection of my plumbing before starting any work… I had a clogged drain in the kitchen and the bathroom next door. Joe provided me with 3 options to help with the plumbing problem… pricing was straight forward and no pressure to perform the most expensive. Work was complete in less than 2 hours, did not leave a mess and my issue was resolved. Joe was courteous and friendly. Will definitely call Drain Doctor for any future plumbing problems.
