SERVPRO of Walnut were excellent in every aspect from my experience. The process and options were explained clearly from the start. The cleanup was efficient and all staff were super friendly. Direct, friendly, and answered all questions I had very clearly.

The project manager Steven and his assistant Manuel were very polite and punctual. They did what they said and at the time they said it would get done. Punctuality and good quality work are very important, and they delivered on both! Thanks Steven and Manuel, I appreciate you guys!

I was impressed with the crew members performing the inspection and the series of water mitigation and clean up. They were very responsive, courteous, competent and on-time! The crew members I directly observed were Moises Vazquez and his members (Caesar Prieto, Moni)

I highly recommend this company. I was completly impressed with their profesionalism and customer service. I had the pleasure to meet Anderson, who has guide me through the entire project. He is very friendly and highly skilled. Vey satisfied with the team.

I have always dreaded the moment where I would have to call my insurance to file a claim. Manuel and Steven really took the time to make the process easier and was very communicative and transparent with the whole process. They really made sure the adjustor was involved in all the decisions. When the ship hits the fan, you want this crew to take care of your property and service it like it didn't even happen.

We wish to commend Serv Pro Walnut for the highly professional and knowledgeable technical staff, as well as their superior customer service skills, beginning with management, office staff and all the technicians out in the field, truly a customer service oriented company. Their quick response in assisting us with a dissasterious situation at our home was quick and reliable, stress-free and comforting with their qualified support team, making us feel comfortable that they'd get the job done right, and they have!!

Moises V. and his crew were very responsive, informative and carefully explained the claims/ restoration process to us. The 5 days in a row they had to come to our house to inspect drying equipment they were on time, explained what they were doing and checked if we had any questions. Sorry that flooding caused us to need their service but glad it was Servpro-Walnut, Moises V. and his crew that came to help.

With all the stress happening to our home, Dennis and his team helped pack all our belongings and were very informative with everything put away. Especially needing to get my belongings with easy access, he was very helpful in putting things away and also cautious with our belongings and labeling everything.

On Sunday, my water heater burst and flooded my home. Servpro came out to my home immediately after I called them and removed all the standing water from my home. Their office staff was very professional in answering all my questions and even assisted me on how to file a claim with my insurance company.  I cannot recommend Servpro enough

Having complete strangers go into a someone’s home, particularly the bedroom, is a very uncomfortable feeling. However, the workers that arrived were very respectful and compassionate of the circumstances. Moses, Cesar and the rest of the crew were very professional and knowledgeable. They also adhered to Covid protocols, which was very relieving. I also need to mention the employees who do the scheduling (Gigi, Savanah and others), they did a great job of communicating, letting me know when the workers were going to arrive and worked around my schedule.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the specialty services ServPro provides and I'm impressed with the level of customer service training the employees receive to ensure customer satisfaction and would highly recommend their services

My wife and I hired Servpro to restore smoke damage done to our home. We were VERY impressed by them. Their technicians arrived as scheduled, explained to us the process of what they will provide, and made sure we were satisfied with their work. If I could give 6/5 stars I would!

I had water damage at my house and I was so worried that all my furniture was going to be ruined. I called my insurance and they referred me to Servpro. I called Servpro and they instantly arrived and assured me that I would be in good hands. The guys that came out moved all my furniture out of the room that I was worried about.
