Recently had another good experience with Preferred Plumbing. Shane tech #12 was the person to service the call to address backed-up plumbing in both bathrooms. Great customer skills, knowledgeable and professional, understood the problem at hand and resolved the issue. Shane was pleasant and easy to work with, readily addressed any questions I had, or those from the owner of the property. Shane is a great guy, and I would without hesitation work with him again in the future.

Freddy was awesome and fixed our clogged toilet. I would have him come back to our home again when we are in need of a local plumber. This man is a saint 😇
