I was looking desperately for someone to give me a quote to do a fence, a gate and a driveway, I just wasn't feeling safe in my neighborhood with all the current events. Peter and Anna came and were extremely professional, they took measurements and gave me the best quote of all the other contractors I met. First they did the concrete work and then they installed the metal itself. I also asked for the sides to be covered so we did that with an awesome material called Trex that looks like real wood but is more durable. I would recommend to anyone living in the Los Angeles area to start saving up some funds and get a fence and a gate!

We hired Simple Choice Construction for our kitchen remodel, and Hanan was fantastic from start to finish. He guided us through choosing the perfect cabinet finishes, countertops, and backsplash. The team worked cleanly, respected our home, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Our kitchen feels modern, bright, and much more functional.

About 8 months ago I was looking into building an ADU at the back of the house and I have gotten a recommendation from one of my neighbors in our neighborhood about this company that he had used and he gave me Peter’s number. For those who know me , know I do lots of homework before I get something done
So an ADU is definitely something big to do your homework about :)
So reading this will save you lots of time cause it’s very hard to come by a good construction company.
This company is absolutely on top of everything they sent out two great guys which I had a great connection with when we first met. They were very professional with all the stages of getting this done, I must say! Others I meet with in the past was such a waist of time and big headaches!
They all try to sell me and didn’t even care to listen about what I actually wanted to do.
Peter & Guy were super professional with my questions they had lots of knowledge and throughout the project of this ADU they made sure I’m in the loop with them on everything.
These guys are very productive and the customer service this company has is truly something that is amazing to see, especially after Covid find great customer service believe it or not is hard! a lot of other companies have a lack in! It was important for me that the company I took would deal with all the permits & plans cause that’s such a headache and they did everything. On top of that they know what they are doing and have many vendors they work with so they saved me money in the materials but yet not have some cheap done !
The purpose of this ADU was to bring the value of the property up if I want to sell it in the future
,Or if I stay to live in it so I could rent it out and it would help me to pay my mortgage.
I’ve attached some photos so you can see their work ,I’m very satisfied with the results.!!

I live in Florida but I have an out-dated property in Los Angeles that I needed to renovate ASAP so I culd rent it tout!! Simple Choice LA helped design my kitchen from start to finish. Peter took charge of my project and killed it!
I absolutely love the remodel and couldn't thank Peter enough for making this process so easy. I am so happy that I chose the right company for this specific project. He came equipped with his iPad and showed me different samples, colors and pictures from other jobs he had done. He also gave me a detailed explanation of how the process would go including prices and an average of how long it will take so that I can accommodate my needs and expectations.
We had a complete kitchen remodel. We changed the flooring, the backsplash, all the countertops and cabinets. I couldn't be happier with the results and the before-and-after pictures were incredible.
Peter was great! He very easy going to work with he was always available supervising and in charge of the workers. The installation process felt like as if they weren't in my house at all. All the workers were respectful trustworthy and on time!
Overall it took them about two weeks to finish everything! So far I've been getting so many great compliments on the remodel!

Thank you so much Anna and her team. I have contacted simple choice construction because I was referred by my friend who did her additional unit with them. I wanted to have a nice backyard after living a year with nothing at the back. Anna and Peter came and gave me a quote after measuring My backyard. They had a few ideas on what to do and they listened to my needs and my requests. They helped me choosing the right trees and ficuses and plants and they also did the whole irrigation system. The employees that were working there were super nice and respectful. As you can see in the pictures the backyard is pretty big so they had to cover a lot of space in a nice way and we even left some space for a future pool that we are currently working on. This was truly a Simple Choice! My wife and I wanted to remodel our guest bathroom and got quotes from several companies.
