He answered every question to my full satisfaction. He went over all issues found and work that was needed. The work was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Overall, very pleased with this company and will be using them again for my future cooling and heating maintenance.

Don't even look anywhere else, guys are very professional and responsive, Installed new HVAC system when the really old one completely failed, explained benefits of the factory warranty which paid off when found a leak in the system 2 weeks after the installation. The guys are very detailed and professional and want you to be happy! When I called frustrated Eugene explained what to do to help AC working, which really helped! The next day troubleshooted the system, expedited the warranty, all around 5 star service! You can definitely trust and rely on these guys!

I have used Best Mechanical Solution for couple times. First time I used for a/c fast service. Eugene is so professional, knowledgeable and kind, he knew exactly what’s wrong with my refrigerator. He fixed the water valve in my refrigerator, so the water would stop leaking all over the kitchen floor. Not only did he promptly assess the problem, but he finished the job quickly and efficiently. He is thorough and takes pride in his excellent work. My refrigerator now works perfectly. Had a best experience !

Eugene at Best is very professional, honest and reasonably priced. He never tries to upcharge. Our AC was not working and instead of immediately trying to sell us a new unit, he said he would try replacing a part that may or may not work, but it was worth a try, and it worked. He also suggested replacing our old thermostat with a Nest device because of the convenience and also saving energy. I was skeptical about the need to have access on my iPhone and whether it was worth the cost of purchase and installation. He said there was a rebate at the time, my wife and I agreed, and it is great! Highly recommend him. He is a nice man as well.

The technician is a sweetheart , very kind and at the same time he was able to diagnose my mother fridge problem in less than a minute and fix it in less than 5 minutes!
Where 2 other technicians had come before him and the advised to order and change parts and to not put many food in the fridge!!!!

I called the company on Friday morning and scheduled an appointment with a technician. I had a problem with my refrigerator ( some licking issues) and the tech guy showed up on time and was very professional. He was able to repair it same day which was amazing. So far no problems with my fridge and i would definitely called them if I need more repairs. Great company!

I don’t know where to start. He was our savior in the valley heat. He was there 30 minutes earlier than I was told. Figured out the issue right away and how much it would cost and had all the parts in his car. Was done under 2 hours and gave us cold air again. Highly recommend working with Eugene. Our warranty service had us use them for a service call for our refrigerator and I'm so glad they did! We had been having trouble with the ice maker flap letting air in, and it was leaking. They had to order the parts, and they kept us updated on when they expected to receive it so they could come back. Parts came, and they replaced the electrical components. The problem was fixed, but later on in the day we starting to hear a noise. This team had no problem coming back and making it right. It's so nice when the repair people believe you! We really appreciated the follow up a day or two later to make sure everything was working correctly and that we were happy. How often does that happen?!? Really thankful for their service!

Our refrigerator broke, and they got a technician within few hours! Same day! They saved our life. Very reasonable price. Fast repair and the refrigerator is completely fixed!
