First maintenance on my new CABS split system handled expertly by Michael. He found a critical part which, while operating, Mike felt might fail. He replaced it under warranty. Another winning instance of the CABS professional standard and superb customer care. Thank you, Team.

Adrian came out today and fixed my AC. He showed Me the cylinder part that was broken and was able to replace it on the stop. My AC is now working again. Adrian is professional, kind, and extremely thorough. Great dude. I hope he trains others. Hire this company and ask for Adrian

Sean is excellent! He provided great customer service and really knows his stuff! CABS is lucky to have him!
He has great attention to detail when it comes to looking at your air conditioning and heater unit. He showed me the pictures and videos so I could understand in detail. He does an excellent job describing what’s going on to someone less experienced in HVAC which is a true gift! I would give 10 stars if I could and would recommend CABS to anyone as well as recommend Sean!

This is a new post as of 06/13/2025.
We had our service call completed today on our Duplex, two air conditioners. Our service technician was Brigham and he was fantastic!! Patient, very professional and honest. He explained in detail what is going to be needed to be done in the near future.
We are very happy with his work and his services. Great personality! We have two units connected but because they have two different addresses the office sends two different people. We were able to clarify this with the office with Brigham’s help and he serviced the other unit after the first. Outstanding service by Brigham and CABS company.

We have done a number of posts for CABS and as we continue to use them for our rentals find the outstanding service is always there. One of our tenants air-condition was not working and it was extremely hot in Sacramento and would be for the next week for a heat wave. Sean who would be leaving out of town the next morning tried to find the part needed, but all the stores were closed by 5pm He made arrangements for another member of their team to buy the part and come the next morning to put it in so the air-condition would work. Thank you Sean and Thank you Adrian Martinez for coming on Saturday to fix it.

Addendum to this post.
We had issues with our electric panel connecting to the air conditioner. We called out CABS and Sean Goyer was the tehnician that came out. We are so happy he did. He found the fundamental problem with our electric panel that caused an issue with both of the units in the duplex. He explained in detail the issue we had and worked to find a solution to our problem. We did not want our tenant to be without air-condition since Sacramento was having a heat wave. We are so happy with CABS and their employees. We highly recommend them. They have given us outstanding service.

On the day of our scheduled service Adrian Martinez called us to advise he was on his way and would arrive shortly. Adrian has serviced our HVAC unit previously and was familiar with layout and location of the unit's parts. Adrian is extremely personable and maintains an excellent attitude throughout his stay, even when he came down from a hot attic. He offers multiple times throughout his visit to answer any questions we have. Three reusable filters were cleaned; one filter was replaced. Adrian confirmed electronic boards and thermostat were in excellent condition and functioning well. While inspecting the outside equipment he identified some breakdown of rubbery material and took action to resolve it. He cleaned the outside unit and found lots of dirt expelled when washing it out. Adrian ensured all work areas were clean following his work. We are extremely pleased with Adrian's attention to detail and overall performance. We will request Adrian for our future service needs.

CABS deserves your business.

I'm always a bit skeptical about salesmen as I tend to feel pressured to decide immediately, but Nic was very patient with me and took time to go through the pros and cons of different options and taught me a lot about AC units. After getting quotes from a couple of other sources, the prices ended up being comparable (and a bit cheaper with city rebates) than competitors, even with a better, more efficient unit (a multi-stage Daikin).

Leading up to the install there were a few reschedules that needed to be made due to miscommunications from Daikin, the manufacturer of the unit we purchased. CABS was communicative and helpful throughout this process, going so far as to get us some perks from Daikin for the inconvenience.

For install we dealt mostly with Daniil, who was also polite and communicative. The whole crew was very tidy and respectful of our space. The install ended up being tricky and taking longer than expected, since the inside and outside units were not communicating (issues with the unit, not the installation). Daniil and the rest of the team worked tirelessly to get it resolved and even provided us with temporary AC units to make sure we were comfortable until the unit was functional.

Now the unit is installed and its whisper quiet (we thought it was broken). All in all, if you're on the fence, come on down from there and have CABS fix ya up.

CABS comes through again - Technician Sean Goyer did a great job, was on time, professional and courteous, thorough in checking our system and showing photos to support his recommendations. After our first service thanks to a connection at the home show, I recommended CABS to a neighbor and they did a great job for them as well.

Michael was amazing! A professional technician. He not only adapted his schedule to my challenging one, but then provided the heat and air service efficiently and thoroughly, all while listening to the dog bark. Sorry Michael. Thank you for the excellent work!

Well done guys!! They cleaned up quickly. Everything was cleaned up perfectly. Arrived on time. Answered all the questions. No traces were left. Everything was put in place properly. Had my 12+ year old hot water heater start making jet engine noises. CABS had helped me with an AC repair years ago and did a great job, so called them. They contract out hot water heaters, so Peter from CABS came out to take an initial look. He explained pluses and minuses or repair versus replacing. I opted to replace. The contractor (Mark) did a great job. And Sukhi at the main office took care of all the paperwork and arranging the city inspection (she's super organized and super helpful). Another successful CABS job. I'll definitely use them again the next time I need a repair or replacement. Not only are they reliable and honest, but I appreciate they're a local West Sac business.

Excellent service! Brigham is a great service provider. He was on time, polite, and very informative. Pictures an explanation helped me understand why I needed to replace one of the parts on my air conditioner. I’m very grateful for his helping me understand the options and I chose to replace the piece. Can’t remember what it’s called but I really appreciate his efforts. You need to do something nice for him because if anybody else saw how great he was, they would steal him away from Cabs and I want him to stay with you guys! And these match my sentiments exactly! I can’t see enough good things about this young man, and appreciate you hiring such talent!

My experience with CABS goes back more than a year when their representative, Joe Segon responded to a query about possible conversion from a gas furnace to a heat pump in our 92 year old home. He patiently answered all of my questions, took our situation seriously, and stayed in touch throughout our decision making process and early stages of installation. His knowledge and patience were both deep and greatly appreciated. We love our heat pump and heat pump water heater.

Many months later the system stopped working. CABS technician Sean arrived quickly after my call, accompanied by an trainee. Both were professional as they went about inspecting the installation in order to determine the reason for the unit losing power. Sean explained each step and possible source of the problem. He shared his recommendation and committed to stay connected until the matter was resolved. His review appeared thoughtful and thorough. I appreciated the way he approached the situation and his recommendation for next steps. The system was restored quickly and has operated flawlessly since.

We love our Daikin heat pump and its ability to keep our home comfortable and quiet.

✋🏻 I just wanna share my own experience. 😎 Before I do any work on my house, I call at least (3) - (4) companies to compare the prices and what they have to propose to me. My AC 🥵stopped working and I called "Bonney", "CABS" and (2) other companies, names🧐 that I don't even remember, and here's what I can say: right away only one person, Peter Bredikhin from "CABS", took his time to explain and compare every A/C model on the market for my house, others, just give me the quote 🤯. So I called back to Peter and he got me a 👌🏻 "killer" deal on a premium package. 😂😂😂Funny enough the representative from the competitor company 🥶 called me afterward and told me that the "CABS" is giving me the best deal😂😂😂. The installation went smoothly, everyone we're on the same page. Highly recommend!

Service technician was very knowledgeable. He made the repair and found Something else wrong completed. The job with no additional cost.

We have a membership plan with CABS where they come in a few times a year to check our heating system and air conditioner. our experience with CABS has always been good. technicians know what they are doing and are honest when they find an issue. customer service ladies are great, always ready to answer questions. they keep my home running smooth in the winter and in the summer. its great having a trustworthy company on your side.
