Freddy was my service guy today. He's polite, sweet, knowledgeable, and all-around professional! I'll recommend him to neighbors and call you guys when I need my next service.

Excellent work and service for an extremely fair price. Eagle and the install crew were amazing, very happy with the quality, care and results.

Andrew arrived on time for the scheduled service call. He was informative and courteous throughout the service and obviously knowledgeable. He was specifically requested by me because of these characteristics! As a local Realtor, I need to have a team of professionals who I can trust. Andrew is a valued professional who I will continue to call on.

I had a new air conditioner and ducts installed. The installation team, Angel and Tony, were professional and highly skilled. They answered all my questions and walked me through the whole process. They had a lot to deal with in my attic but were completely respectful of my home and property. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them!!

Leo was professional and I felt he was honest. He discussed with me the issue and how to resolve with pictures. I felt he was educating me not just trying to sale a service temporarily.

BIG SHOUT OUT TO ALEX! Who came out to tune up our AC units. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Especially from us coming from the Bay area, he helped us understand the importance of filter changing and keeping our units maintained yearly. He explained to us about the membership, but didn’t push us hard with any big expenses or changes. Would definitely recommend!

Kirt and Tony did a great job. The unit had shipping damage. They ordered a replacement unit delivered from Concord, to finish the job.

Freddy Alvarez is the ultimate professional; Punctual, informative and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem while explaining the matter and solution within minutes. I highly recommend Freddy and co.

Tyler was a real pleasure to have in my home today. Prompt arrival and service. Provided sound advice regarding our system and was very friendly. He was able to replace the device very quickly, showing he was very knowledgeable and efficient. No sign he was ever here on leaving aside from some very satisfied customers, very tidy. Andrew, the awesome technician who came out to service and repair our HVAC system, is very knowledgeable and thorough. He was also patient with our questions, explained things in a way we could understand, and got things up and running. What a great experience!

I had a very good experience with your technician Mr. Andrew Larsen. He is very attentive, friendly, accommodating and honest person. He patiently answered all my questions. I can tell that he’s a shy person because while working at the attic for few minutes and noticed that he’s been sweating a lot, I offered him water but politely refused and said he’s okay. I highly recommend your company to all my friends and neighbors because of Andrew’s hard work and honesty.

Requested a second opinion for a repair and they Tyler was thorough and helped explain the repair and our options. Very professional and called to let me know earn he was on his way, which is always appreciated .

We were able to schedule an appointment same day. Mr. Andrew came in and was very thorough. He did try his best to find the part for same day repair but unfortunately there were none available. So we still have an appointment on Monday for AC fix! But so far easy breezy. I will update after AC is fixed! So far 5 stars for effort and same day appointment.

Eagle and his tech assistant did a great job installing my new HVAC system. While waiting for Crain, the opened my vents for better air flow in each room. Doing extra which I appreciated. Eagle answered any questions I had. Thanks guys great job!

Super happy with my experience with Same Day. Every person I met from the Company was friendly and professional. James and Curtis completed the install of a new heat pump. Very hard workers, they didn’t cut any corners and made sure I knew all the details of the installation and how to use the new system. I would definitely recommend this company and James and Curtis as installers.

Omid Marouf and assistance did a wonderful job on the heating grill. They also replaced ducts in my attic but, I can't say what that looks like. No pics were shown to me. They were very professional and nice to know and work with.
