You can’t find a better person than Zack to fix your appliances. I first called him 11 years ago to fix my broken fridge and have since hired him to fix a dryer, oven, and ice maker issue. He’s quick to reply and transparent on his prices. He uses OEM parts and warranties his repair for one year. Obviously I would rather not to business with him since that means something is broken but at least I know I am in good hands when things need fixing!

I have worked with and relied on Zack from OC Appliances expertise for over 15 years. This is my go to company for any and all appliance repair and purchase. I have received reliable and trustworthy advice in each interaction and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Zack came out and diagnosed my Jenn Air wall oven with no problem. I needed a new 'relay board'. It took about 15 minutes.

Although they don't make the part anymore, we were able to find a brand new one on ebay.

Zack came back and installed the part with the same ease as the diagnosis. It also took about 15 minutes. I am so happy he was able to keep my oven going because although the new ovens are attractive, they break in just a few years.

I've already referred Zack to a family member and will be referring him to everyone I know. So nice to have a great appliance guy for when things break. Zack is clearly talented and very experienced at what he does. I am lucky to have found him.

We have been working with Zack for years. He has fixed our home appliances as well as some in our rentals. He is efficient, reliable, affordable, and honest. I love that he will let us know if an appliance is no longer salvageable, because parts have been retired before making a trip out. It saves everyone time and money, and he has proved that he acts in our best interest many times. He is also quick to respond to calls and messages and communicates well regarding appointments and his arrival time etc. Recently he fixed my Bosch oven that died right before Thanksgiving and replaced the pump in my tenant's washer in a couple of days. He also gives good advice on which appliances to buy should they need to be replaced. It's good to have good people in your corner, and we love supporting Zack and his small business.
