They are very professional. Eddie the owner, came out and gave us options. We felt very comfortable with our choice. They came out the next day and replaced our unit. Professional, respectful, knowledgeable and extremely hard working describe both Anthony and Robert. They went above and beyond what I expected, even covering all of the carpet where they walked on. After replacing the AC unit and compressor, my house is super cool and the unit is extremely quiet. Before and after the installation, I have checked the prices of Champion Aire's competitors and no one comes close to their prices. I am truly thankful that I chose them and they are the only AC company that I will recommend to my family and friends.

I was doing what I thought would be a simple self-install of a new Nest thermostat. (I’ve done it before with no issues) However, something happened and I lost all power to the thermostat. After checking the breakers and trying to troubleshoot connections myself, I was at a loss. Fortunately and thankfully, the team at Champion Aire were able to come the same afternoon and solve the issue. They also were able to do a complete AC service. Thank you to Eddie, Alan and Anthony for the quick response and excellent customer service. The price was reasonable for what they did. I highly recommend them!
