My house electric went out at 8:30 pm and John showed up quickly and diagnose the problem being a burned out breaker in the main pedestal. He was back the next afternoon with the part to be replaced, and walked me through his process. John has taken care of other electrical needs at my house and I’ve always thought the price was fair.

I needed an interlock installed so I can plug my generator directly into my house. I contacted Southern Pacific Electric for a bid. John came out and gave me a bid that I found to be reasonable. I found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced. I asked him to go ahead with the work. He ordered the part and contacted me when it arrived to schedule the work. He showed up on time and did the work in a very professional manner. The installation is clean and everything works well. I highly recommend this company.

My elderly father in law had contacted Mr. Harris for immediate work to be done. Mr. Harris did not show up on the agreed upon date or time after a price was agreed upon. We left messages for over the course of the next few days. When called from a different number Mr. Harris picked up and denied any prior agreement to complete work as promised. Then he proceeded to refuse to do any work. This company is not reliable and does not work well with elderly.
