We had a great experience with Ray. They replaced our old furnace and condenser just in time for the heat wave coming through and we couldn't be more thankful from the moment we called. They were responsive and ready to get started right away, which made a huge difference. Their pricing was very fair compared to others we looked into and there were no surprises along the way the team was professional efficient and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left but such a relief knowing our system is running strong now. Highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done quickly and at a reasonable price.

Such a great experience through & through. I had originally went with someone else who messed up my system & told me I needed a whole new system (mind you my system is new) they were not an honest company. I called Prestige they came over they figured out the real problem, used my warranty for a part & fixed it. I did not need a new system. I'm thankful for finding Prestige. I definitely recommend them. I appreciated the honesty, communication & quickness. My AC is up & running better than ever all to Prestige.

Prestige has great customer service and responded in a timely matter to the job. I need it done at my house. They removed my air conditioning unit in order to get my epoxy deck and replaced it with no problem. Technician Gabriel took his time and entered the house and checked if the system was working properly, I highly recommend prestige for any type of work regarding air-conditioning.

Prestige Air Quality Heating and Cooling is terrific! Ray has been to the house twice and both times his work was excellent. He is easy talk to, doesn't mind questions and answers them very well. He diagnosed the furnace and repaired it when other repair services just wanted to replace it. We loved his work so much we asked him to come back and service the AC before the summer heat. I highly recommend Ray and Prestige Air Quality Heating and Cooling. I can honestly and wholeheartedly say you will be glad you called him!!

We had a diagnosis from a different company and were looking at multiple quotes on replacing our AC and heating system. I had basically made a decision, when someone I knew and trusted recommended Ray. They assured me that he was good, and even though Prestige doesn't have many reviews, I took a chance and I'm glad I did! He was quick to respond and quick to get the service done, which I really appreciate. Service went smoothly, and he helped us get the HERS permit, which I also really appreciate.

Ray is communicative, knowledgeable, and in my opinion, has a good personality for business. He was on top of things, and I appreciate his positivity and that he worked with me through different scenarios. The experience is different from perhaps big businesses and their hyper-streamlined, fully digitized processes with receptionists, managers, and technicians. I spoke to only Ray, and I respect that hustle. I'm glad I chanced upon him, and I recommend him if you're looking for help with your HVAC!

This is the best company I have ever worked with. He gave me a great deal, communicated well, and actually kept his word on doing what he said he was going to do - and it’s hard for me to trust anyone when it comes to HVAC. Moreover, he did the job correctly including getting my system done with a permit.

If you want someone who knows what they’re doing but without the expensive brand name prices this is your guy. He came in on time, easy breezy. I have two kids (one is an infant and the other a toddler) and it was during nap time and he/ and his men came in without affecting our routine. So considerate, hut efficient and helpful.

A local company that really stands out for its honesty and professionalism. Solid straightforward advice especially when it came to switching from gas to a heat pump. When little glitches, which always happen, came up they were handled smoothly with no delays. Their work was solid from permit to finish. Overall, Prestige delivered quality work, thoughtful guidance and a stress free experience.

The furnace in my house failed in the beginning of December. That corresponded with my having total knee replacement surgery. It wasn't the best time to begin a home improvement. The house had never had air conditioning and I'd long planned to install that sometime. It was an inconvenient time but it was the time. I took 5 proposals for both a mini split system and, because I had ductwork already installed for a heat pump, a whole house system.
The bids were in a competitive range and I was able to look over different contractor's solutions and recommendations. Ramon Chavez from Prestige Air Quality Heating & Cooling was the first to respond, the first to come to the property and was by far the most thorough in looking at the project. Ramon gave me four different options and explained the merits of each. He also offered the best price. Furthermore, he wasn't just the salesman, he put on his toolbelt and worked hard. And better, once I approved the installation of a mini split system, he immediately brought in the equipment and was able to bring his crew with him and complete the work within days.
I am a career electrician and have a good deal of residential construction knowledge. I'm a grumpy old guy with high expectations. You may say I'm tough to work with. During the work, Ramon responded well to everything I asked of him.
I've been wonderfully pleased with the heating capability of my new system. I'd wanted to see how the cooling capability worked before writing this review. Crazy as it is, with summer weather in February, I tried the AC. It's Great!
The four unobtrusive indoor units are individually controlled. Everyone in the house is happy.
