The company was always in contact with me regarding my appointment. They gave me estimated time of arrival and provided the technician’s name. The technician Steve called and let me know when he was on his way and what time he was arriving.
When I described my problem he knew immediately what the problem was and got right down to fixing the issue.
He was very polite and answered any questions I had.

They can on time diagnosed the problem right away fixed it and my AC was back on. A technician was courteous And professional.

Ronnie & Jones AC & Heating called the day before to let me know that they were coming out the next day. The morning on my appt. I received a call that they were on their way which I really appreciate. The young man was very polite. This is a company that I will use again

I selected Ronnie from my home warranty list because they had good reviews. I needed a second opinion from the first vendor that was awful.
Ronnie’s son came out and diagnosed the problem. He told me he would put in a request for parts and the office would notify me if the warranty approved the repair. The warranty approved the repair and Ronnie’s office order the parts.
I got a text saying the parts were in and could they come the next day to install. Ronnie himself came with parts in hand. He completed the repair and PRESTO…I had heat again.
I really appreciate their knowledge and professionalism. I have a health condition that requires even temperature settings, so I really needed my heat. Thanks again to Ronnie and Company! I would recommend for anyone to use their service. Their office lady Jana is very nice also, she kept me updated with the process. 😃💕

Incredible service! This will be a task making the long story short, however, here it goes.

I had the most difficult situation with a home warranty company to get my AC repair processed administratively so that work could be completed. Ronnie Jones AC helped me LITERALLY through the entire process. They went over and above to help me through the administrative nightmare with this other company, was very professional when they came out to assess and diagnose the issue, very knowledgeable, and was super responsive. They worked with me to accommodate my situation on several levels and ultimately was the company that fixed my AC. My AC tech even called me later that day to check up on me after he had finished the job! Talk about customer service!

I was educated through the entire process as it related to my home warranty process all the way till the end when Austin, my tech, shared tips on how to maintain the life of my AC unit.

I could literally go on and on since there was so much that happened good for me in a situation that was so bad with my home warranty company. Ronnie kept it super professional and did the hard AC job that no other contractor wanted to even touch. This company is definitely a winner and I will be referring them to everyone I know.

Ronnie Jones AC and Heating are the best!! Jana amazed me with her customer service, she went above and beyond by keeping me posted on my new AC unit on a holiday, I was so so impressed. Austin came and hooked up my new AC unit and did a great job, very professional and kind. Would highly recommend them to everyone!!!

I am extremely happy with the service from Ronnie Jones Air Conditioning & Heating. I really appreciate the updates and feedback provided by Dana, and the very thorough Heater check done by Steve. Steve made sure my heater is running good. He is very experienced and does a detailed job. Overall they are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company for alll air conditioners and heating needs.

Customer Service at its finest Professional and courteous!! Worked with my hectic schedule to accommodate me ASAP to resolve my issue. I am so happy with the new HVAC replacement installations! We desperately needed replacement since our AC died on us last summer and they were also original units. We had a few bids but felt Ronnie Jones had the most competitive pricing and no upselling of any kind. Austin did all of the install and did a great job! He also was very respectful of the home to ensure cleanliness after the day’s work. I’ve never felt so happy to shiver and have goosebumps when these hot summer days are here. 100% recommend this company!

I needed a soft start device installed on my air conditioner and they are very few companies that appear to understand what this product is. Austin came out and did a great job with the installation. Would highly recommend.

8/9/24 Called Ronnie Jones A/C to come out to check my A/C unit. Made a call in am and he came to our house same day in the afternoon. Nice, efficient and friendly man. Very reasonable. Jana who schedules appointments was friendly and quick to connect with me with a time. Highly recommend Ronnie Jones A/C.

The technician Steve did a great job. I would request him for any future work.

It was nice he was fast in & out but not good news he told me my furnace needed replaced

The technician who came out was very kind and knowledgeable. He got right to work and it seems like he has finally made the repair needed to fix our furnace. We have had a few different companies come and pretend to fix it, list things that the unit needed, and leave us with it not working the next day. I had none of that nonsense from the Ronnie Jones tech and am very appreciative.

Steve was very prompt, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having him do my A/C maintenance. The office was responsive and kept in touch regarding appointment date and times. Highly recommended.
