Very nice customer service from this local company. I appreciated the courteous and professional technician who arrive on site and serviced our unit. I'm happy with their service and plan on using them again. Recommended.

Our technicians, Sergio, is always so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He’s been our technician for a while and my mom, a 97 year old Holocaust survivor, just adores him! He always has so much patience and kindness with my mom, and always remembers her birthday. I’ve dealt with other companies. Who’ve tried to sell us things that we don’t need and tell us that things are wrong with our system when they were just fine and Urso was the one who came out here and was honest about what really needed to be done as opposed to always trying to make a sale. They really care about the customer. From the customer service, people who answer the phones and make the appointments to the technicians, Urso is a great company. I’m so glad that I found them!

We’ve been using Urso Air Systems since 2015, when they installed our first mini split. In 2022, we had them back to install a 3-unit system—one for each bedroom. Most recently, we noticed our oldest unit wasn’t cooling as well, and assumed it might need refrigerant. Brandon came out quickly, diagnosed the issue as a deep cleaning need, and returned less than a week later to take care of it. The unit is now working great.

I really appreciate their responsiveness, honest assessments, and quality work. Every experience with them has been smooth and reliable. Highly recommend.

Urso Air did a fantastic job guiding us through our selection of a heat pump system, including installation of new ducts, electrical lines, asbestos abatement, HERS testing, and permitting. Their installers are reliable, responsible, and unerringly polite. Sam answered myriad questions throughout the process and we’re very happy with our incredibly efficient heating and cooling system. Our gas bill was slashed for April! Highly recommend this company.

I have been using Urso Air for all my air conditioning needs.

Over the years they have installed multiple AC and heating units and I have been very happy with the installs, service and prompt responses.

Most recently I have had two split air units installed on some rental properties and URSO performed a great job.

We had an unusual occurrence of a condenser going bad after hardly using our AC/HEATER unts. It was days before the Labor Day Holidays when the weather was insufferable. Barbara worked to get us help asap. The new part was hard to find but finally one was located in Georgia and was EXPRESS shipped to URSO. They promised they would work on replacing this part in spite of the Hoidays and were true to their words. I trust that their pricing is fair market value since they have treated us with integrity. I am very pleased with their systems because it works for my condo housing. I am awaiting replacement remotes since the previous ones were not user friendly. This is my opinion and you are welcome to it.

I've used Urso Air 3 times. I like them because they are honest and show up when they say they will. No games involved. They diagnose the problem and give you options.

Urso did a great job from beginning to end - from the initial consultation which involved solving some unusual installation issues, to a clean and expert installation, to following up after and being available on an ongoing basis! Urso employees have serviced my heating and air conditioning systems for a few years. They are always on time, always are knowledgeable about these systems, and they always correct the problems.

I would highly recommend URSO Air. They exceeded all our expectations. All the staff (sales, office, technicians) were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They replaced our furnace.

Sergio is an excellent worker and did an excellent job again! He was punctual highly efficient and informative. My Mitsubishi Mini Splits are working perfectly once again.

The tech arrived within the time window I'd been given and finished the job quickly and for $750 less than the other quote we received! Needless to say, we will be calling Urso the next time our HVAC needs attention!

Left a message last night and they called me back before 9AM today. Abel was a great technician. Found the problem very quickly and changed out the bad parts and had the system back up and running. Great service.

Jose was a very knowledgeable Tech and was very accommodating. I have an old gen NEST and he was able to get it back working within an hour and a half. He was very patient and great customer service.

Ryan was great. Showed up on time. Friendly, professional and honest. Since then, the follow up from the company has been great - very authentic and friendly. Quote was fair. Haven't had it installed yet....but hoping it goes just as smoothly!

My AC unit was leaking water so I called Urso and scheduled an appointment. They sent out their tech Abel. He was able to open the unit, find the root cause and get our AC up and running immediately. Great job. He was so patient, and meticulous. He explained the steps he was going to take and answered all my questions. He even took the time to look at our ducts to ensure the efficiency of our system. I definitely recommend Urso and will use them for all my AC and heating needs.

Sergio, HVAC technician came on time and explained about how heating system works, and checked Furnace and all necessary things to be checked, such as the emission level of carbon dioxide etc. thoroughly. The whole process from the arrangement with the office is very organised and professional. I got this referral from the local contractor, Jerry(Dryer Vent Wizard). I am so glad to know this local company for my A/C&Heating system.
